Todo bien
Close to the ocean without the city traffic sounds. On my last night there was a party right between the hotel and the ocean. Kept awake for hours and I had to get up at 6;00 am for my bus to San Pedro. But I survived.

Quería con vista al mar, no por turismo, sino para evitar el ruido de la avenida, pero no había disponible habitación así.

Un hotel que debe haber sido bueno en los 90, con instalaciones sin mantenimiento, baño sucio con hongos y ducha que funcionaba mal.
Al llegar me pidieron una garantía, pero no aceptan debito, por lo que debí salir de noche y cansado a buscar un cajero automático. Al menos deberían indicarlo al reservar, hoy por hoy nadie anda con efectivo en la billetera.
El desayuno no está incluido en la tarifa y cuesta cerca de 20.000 adicionales, a todas luces un despropósito.
Nota aparte el pésimo trato de la recepción, prepotente y faltos de respeto.

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación
Los dos días que estuve en el hotel, estaban realizando reparaciones en las habitaciones cercanas a la mía, no pude descansar y tuve que hacer mi checkout antes. Entiendo que pueden planificar se arreglos y mejorar, pero no pueden asignar habitaciones en el mismo piso o cercanas,estaban martillado en mi oreja.
Almohadas excelentes, cama bien pero recomiendo roten el colchon para evitar el hundimiento por peso fijo en un solo punto. Personal muy atento.
restaurant, la comida pesima
La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno
Mi evaluación negativa se debe principalmente a la falta de información y a la nula respuesta ante una situación que considero importante. En ningún momento se informó claramente que el desayuno no estaba incluido en la reserva, algo que razonablemente uno espera que esté especificado de manera explícita al momento de reservar. Tampoco se informó previamente que la piscina no estaba habilitada y se encontraba sin agua.
Lo más decepcionante fue que, después de mi estadía, envié en dos oportunidades mensajes a través de Booking solicitando al menos una explicación o respuesta, y no obtuve absolutamente ninguna. Tampoco recibí una respuesta satisfactoria por parte del hotel.
Quiero destacar que el personal fue muy amable y atento, y entiendo que ellos no son responsables de las decisiones del establecimiento. Sin embargo, si el hotel considera importante ser estricto con lo que está o no incluido en una reserva, también debería aplicar el mismo criterio al momento de informar claramente las condiciones y servicios que ofrece.
Finalmente, tuve que pagar el desayuno directamente en el hotel porque no me quedó otra alternativa. Mi molestia no es solamente por el cobro, sino principalmente por la falta de información, transparencia y, sobre todo, por no haber recibido ninguna respuesta a mis dos reclamos.
La habitación bastante cómoda, pero entra mucha luz y no se puede descansar bien.
El estacionamiento, literalmente es un peladero en la playa, lleno de escombros.
La atención del recepcionista, pésima. 0 educación
