En el corazón de Bloomsbury
Pros:

Edificio situado en una calle amplia, con Oxford street a pocos pasos. Justo enfrente cafetería y abajo un establecimiento de bollería y café, donde afortunadamente te aplicaban un buen descuento por ser huésped del hotel. El acceso al edificio, ascensor, habitaciones…se hace por código o por la app y es realmente cómodo. La cama confortable. El baño con ducha y tamaño correcto.

Cons:

La habitación era tan pequeña que hacía un poco agobiante la estancia. La cama también lo era (135x190). La ventana no se podía abrir y acumulaba olores un tanto desagradables. Se oían otras habitaciones y el pasillo, debería aislarse mejor acústicamente (aunque te dejan dos juegos de tapones para oídos). La calle no se oía apenas gracias a la doble ventana, que por cierto, no se veía la calle sino el edificio de enfrente (cuarta planta).

Cons:

Not yet there but already decided I won't book again.
No-reception, no-restaurant concept at the same price as "regular" hotels. Eat your luggage if the lockers are already taken (or take it to the corner shop who is a "partner"). Your room won't be ready before 3pm. Very modern... not for me if I can chose. NO WAY this is 4 star hotel

I would not stay again.

Cons:

Very strange dynamic for a hotel, especially when you are still paying a decent amount of money. The only lady that was there to help was rude and not helpful at all, if anything it seemed like an inconvenience when asking for help.

Lovely room well stocked and clean with a large double sink bathroom
Pros:

The room was spacious and we had a shared balcony off the bedroom. I slept on the sofa bed that was made up on arrival. It was very comfortable

Cons:

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes to the 4 th floor. I’m a senior and wouldn’t have been able to get my luggage up the small narrow hallway with steps without the help of my roommates
