Location is good, check in experience with the app went smooth, and the room is ok.
Bed wasn't comfortable to me. Price to value feels high but it also might just be London
- Central location
- Modern looking rooms
- Not enough luggage lockers; the closest ones were a 30 min walk away and cost 27 GBP for a few hours even with a discount
- Poor indoor climate; no ventilation nor a window in the bathroom; and out of the two windows in the main room, only one could be opened and not by much; the room got stuffy and smelly really quickly
- The bathroom door knob was broken, so could only be slammed, and the door was squeaky
- The blinds didn’t close all the way, so it got bright in the room very early
- The drawstrings for one of the blinds were broken
- As a result, I didn’t sleep well there, even though the mattress as such was comfortable
- The small coat rack was positioned above the bin and right next to the kettle and coffee machine, risking damage to clothing
- No shelf, cupboard nor other storage space in the bathroom
- No wardrobe
- The access code was only working some of the time, we often had to try multiple times
- No cleaning of the room
- Overall, there are other hotel rooms in the area which are better value for money
O acesso ao edifício e ao quarto é feito através de código enviado para o WhatsApp. Quarto limpo com ar condicionado, máquina de café, capsulas, cafeteira para chá e vários tipos de chá. A limpeza não é diária, por isso no hall há um armário com toalhas, capsulas de café, sacos de lixo, etc. para os hóspedes retirarem à medida das suas necessidades; um local para deixar as toalhas usadas e 2 caixotes de lixo extra. Excelente localização, zona calma com restaurantes e supermercados e a 5 m a pé do British Museum. O ar condicionado funcionava muito bem.
O quarto era muito pequeno e a janela também.
Really nice hotel, all very good organised with the check-in and all other things without hotel reception and cards. Perfect location!
Window did not open so only AC for the air.
The hotel was wonderful, but the unopenable windows left the room feeling very stuffy due to the lack of fresh air.
Location
So many rooms squashed into the building it feels claustrophobic and is just corridor on corridor. The reception area is a bit grim and difficult to find anyone to help when I couldn’t access my room as the battery panel had died.

Même si l'hotel est digitalisé, la présence d'un membre du personnel sur site sur une plus longue plage horaire serait appréciable. J'ai en effet oublié une boucle d'oreille dans la chambre (boucle d'oreille qui a été retrouvée) mais comme il n'y avait personne sur site après 17h et que je suis rentrée de ma journée de visite à 18h avant d'aller prendre le train, la seule façon que j'ai maintenant de récupérer cette boucle d'oreille est de me la faire envoyer chez moi, à mes frais :(
