Lo unico q se salva es el desayuno
El personal un 5 pelao.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas y mal mantenidas, no es un 4 Estrellas, lo debió ser hace 50 años
Encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación y pedimos cambiar a otra.

Pros:

La atención por parte del personal ha sido excelente, es digna de hotel 5 estrellas. El servicio de limpieza muy atento y profesional, incluso tenian el detalle de poner el pijama en la almohada.
El servicio de recepción de personal de conjunto piscina fue muy atento y simpático en todo momento.

La ubicación es ideal, aparcamos el coche cómoda y gratuitamente en los alrededores y accedíamos al centro del pueblo en un cómodo paseo de apenas unos minutos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones podrían haber incluido más enchufes y otros servicios como neverita. En general, una modernización de las habitaciones haría la estancia más acorde al increíble servicio del hotel.

The place is on a great location, has great breakfast, overall good value for the money, except for the cockroach ☹️
Pros:

The location is very good, close to the beach and the street with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The view was very nice, you can see the beach and Teide.

Cons:

It is a bit outdated, there were brooken tiles in the bathroom, room doors are hard to close so it creates a lot of noise. There was only one chair on the balcony for 2 guests. It was clean, but on the last morning there was a cockroach in our bathroom :(

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Honestamente, de 4 estrellas no tiene nada. Los ascensores siempre rotos o se traban. De 5 días no hubo uno que no tuvieran algún problema. Y las habitaciones más bien antiguas

Wäre die Matratze gut gewesen, hätte es mir gut gefallen. Zentral gelegen, sauber, Pool gut gepflegt

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Matratze...Federkern, durchgelegen, jede einzelne Metallfeder war zu spüren.Die Tage waren nur mit Schmerzmittel zu ertragen.
Das Zimmer roch nach Feuchtigkeit.
Nur eine Steckdose vorhanden.
