Me encantó la ubicación, el buffet estaba bien y las camareras de piso súper amables.

Cons:

Las instalaciones muy limpias a pesar que necesita remodelación, los camareros de salón les falta ser más atentos con los clientes.

Pros:

Hello , just thought I’d leave an honest review from a British family of 5 travellers . Children age 7 to 14. You won’t beat the location if you like to be able to walk into the town ( which is full of shops and restaurants). Lovely Habour and to us we found everyone to be very friendly. The beach is beautiful literally just behind the hotel . Our room was clean , a bright white room with a traditional Spanish finish lots of space . The pool was perfect for my boys as we love to hit the town and use the pool for a few hours. Food was great for us lots of choice . Very tasty and always a fresh grill option too. Siam park was an hour and a half away and we organised via the hotel we loved it. We’re not big on entertainment so that didn’t bother us. If you want a smaller hotel that’s very well located then do book .

Está bien de precio... pero no es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Pros:

La localización. Está muy bien situado y es fácil aparcar.

Cons:

Llegamos y la piscina estaba cerrada... y no se nos comunicó. El horario de la piscina tampoco nos encajó... que cierre a las 18h en agosto. La calidad del desayuno y la cena no era la mejor. El bar se cerró varios días porque se iban a alojar en el hotel que pertenecían al los equipos naciones de Waterpolo sub 18 y tampoco se nos comunicó.

Pros:

Me encantó el ambiente, mi pareja y yo pudimos conectar y descansar, fue un excelente lugar para pasar nuestra luna de miel, ella quedó encantada con el bufet y yo con la tranquilidad y elegancia.

Las personas fueron muy amables, el servicio fue estupendo, la atención y compromiso con la comodidad del cliente que prestaron los trabajadores fue estupenda.

Sin duda alguna, la hacienda más bonita a la que he ido.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue no tener más tiempo.

Ubicación frente al mar, playa de Jardín, aunque las habitaciones con vistas tienen por delante un polideportivo ruidoso.

Cons:

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para mi punto de vista sería de 2 como mucho, habitaciones muy antiguas, bañera, puertas y muebles descascarillados o rotos. Le hace falta una buena renovación, se ha quedado bastante anticuado.

El buffet muy básico y toda la comida muy industrial, la ubicación aunque esté frente al mar, es apartada de la zona más céntrica y poco iluminada de noche. Está al lado del cementerio.

No nos gustó prácticamente nada del hotel, no repetiremos.

El personal que fue muy atento y profesional y la ubicación al lado de una playa de arena negra muy bonita.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que me he sentido engañada porque el hotel el estado en el que está y la comida ofrecida no corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas, si no a uno de tres como mucho.
Es un hotel rehabilitado con falta de cuidado en todos los sentidos: cena fría preparada desde las 5:30 de la tarde, somier de la cama roto, grietas en la pared, puertas rotas, muebles bufados y rotos, mantas ocultas sobre el colchón y debajo de las sábado para hacer el colchón más blando... En exterior de la piscina no cuenta con la zona chillout que se ve en las fotos de la web... Un sinfín de detalles que hacen que este hotel n cumpla con el estándar de cuatro estrellas. No repetiría la estancia en este hotel.

Lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, dobre jedzenie, piękny widok z balkonu, bardzo czysto, porządne sprzątanie.

Cons:

Hotel wymaga porządnego remontu. Nie ma lodówek w pokojach. Okropna zasłonka w wannie, wanna obdrapana. Odpływy w zlewie i wannie przytkane. Personel poza recepcją nie zna angielskiego.
