Séjour agréable, je recommande
Pros:

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel très facilement avec le GPS.
L’accueil a été chaleureux. Le bar est très cosy.
La literie était neuve donc confortable.
La proximité du sanctuaire à 5 minutes à pieds est pratique.
Il y a beaucoup de choix pour se restaurer dans le périmètre de l’hôtel pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

La climatisation était faible, nous avons eu un peu chaud durant la nuit.
Les portes de la cabine de douche sont difficiles à ouvrir et fermer.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta si vas a ir al Santuario. La habitación muy justita en espacio para 3 personas, pero en cuanto armario muy bien. El desayuno bien, no es de los mejores, pero tenía casi de todo. Hay que destacar que todo el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Para acceder con el coche el navegador lo indica muy mal. Cuando ya tienes idea de cómo llegar es fácil. El aparcamiento por aquella zona no es bueno y las zonas de pago son caras. Esta todo pensado para que los autobuses dejen a la gente y se vayan. El ultimo día no nos limpiaron la habitación y tuvimos que solicitar toallas.

Das Zimmer bot alles, was ich brauchte. Die Lage war optimal, keine Steigungen, nahe der Grotte. Das Frühstück entsprach voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen. Prima Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten. Als Alleinreisende sitze ich nicht gerne mittig, mein Wunsch für einen dezenteren Sitzplatz wurde am darauffolgenden Tag erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Bettdecke war zu schwer und zu riesig (ca. 2 x 2 Meter) für mich. Auf meine Nachfrage gab es leider keine kleineren Decken. Kopfkissen und Matratze waren aber sehr bequem.

Un séjour très agréable!
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la proximité au Sanctuaire, le personnel disponible et courtois.
Un petit-déj très varié et copieux et au Restaurant un menu avec un plat du jour abordable et délicieux servi par un personnel charmant.
Bref un séjour très agréable.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom. Perto do santuário e tem um restaurante ótimo.
Quarto muito confortável.

Cons:

A TV é antiga. Hoje é necessário uma TV smart para espelhar o celular e conectar streams.
Os horários de almoço e jantar no restaurante são curtos. 12h as 13h30 e 19h ás 20h30.
Algumas vezes não consegui estar a tempo para essa refeição.
A sala de esportes precisa de investimento em equipamentos e pesos.

Good for a short stop to visit the area
Pros:

If you arrive with little time, the location really makes it worthy. It's a few minutes walking from the main area.

Cons:

The parking was really a struggle but there are limited choices unless you are okay leaving the car a bit far. Arriving there with the car was very complicated, please make sure you cross through the first bridge, don't go down as some bridges downtown are not allowed for cars.
