I liked that the property was close to Dollywood. Also liked that it was a 2 room suite

Cons:

The property needs to be updated. The bathroom in particular was bad. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet and the bathtub had chips that had been painted but the overall appearance of the tub was bad

Pigeon Forge is an amazing place would definitely go back to there we loved it, just wouldn’t stay at that hotel again 🙈

Just didn’t feel clean, really needs an update everything looks tired and worn, didn’t like at breakfast that there was only paper plates cups, and cutlery. Glad we where only there for one night

Nice and quiet stay!
Pros:

The facility was located very close to Dollywood! The property was clean, and the breakfast was pretty good! The staff was pleasant as well. We booked two rooms for my family and me. I loved the kitchenette and sitting area!

Cons:

The top cover/sheets were stained. The sheets had a bit of a yellow tint to them. I requested new sheets, and they were a little better, but a staff member's long strand of hair was on them when I unfolded them (horrifying for me because I do not like seeing loose hair on my bed sheets/towels...especially when I'm traveling). The bathroom tub had stains also. I think investing in new bedding and a little maintenance can solve these issues. I believe they can do it! :-)

Great price for so much
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Everything was provided including kitchen items for the small kitchen we had. We definitely liked how comfortable the bed and couch were. And I can't forget to mention the free breakfast! Everything was so good. The staff were also very friendly.

Cons:

The only thing we weren't too happy about was the curtains in the room let in too much light from outside. At night we had a street light shining through the window, which made it harder to fall asleep. Maybe if they added a darker shade or an extra curtain then that would be great.

Didn’t even get to stay
Cons:

At check in they claimed they tried 3 times to charge my room and couldn’t do it, they wanted me to use my bank card. If I would’ve, they would’ve charge me 3 times at 990.00 for 3 different reservations. I kept telling my husband something was t right cause I knew my card I had was active and I never had a problem with it before, so finally after the 3rd time and the guy acting weird and being on the phone with his friend, we just left. We went about a mile down the road, I went in booked a room with the same card I was trying to use to get the other room, and I had no problem at all. I’m convinced it’s something fishy is going on here.

Very disappointing

It was very old and definitely in need of repairs. The bathtub/shower was patched up. The toilet was loose in one bathroom and rocked everytime it was set on. The other toilet had a very loose toilet seat
