Wonderful room with nice view on the sea. Comfortable bed, great shower. Also the restaurant is very good. The position is very good to visit the town.

NO FREE PARKING. Advertised with parking but no car park or free parking.
I arrived with hire car but had to use nearby car park that charged by the day
The reception staff explained they had lost their free parking because of the council and had contacted Booking.com to remove the free parking from their website but Booking.com hadn't replied
The picture of the front of the hotel is not correct It is corner block hotel on the front promenade.
Good location, near to the seaside.
Although the rooms themselves don’t look too bad, the overall condition of the hotel is extremely disappointing. The hallways are in poor condition, with old, worn-out carpets, and the elevator is tiny and smells unpleasant. Everything feels outdated and far below the standards expected of a four-star hotel.
There is also considerable noise from the street and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Even the entrance to the room feels like you’re walking into a closet, no kidding.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, I would not rate this hotel higher than two stars. It certainly does not deserve its advertised four-star rating, and the overall experience is far below expectations.

The location was fantastic, literally on the doorstep to all bars and restaurants the beach and lovely seaview directly in front of the hotel. Lovely fresh food at the breakfast buffet, plenty of choice.
There was a lady in the hotel that did massages and facials, she was excellent, best massage I've ever had and such good value for money, would highly recommend.
Finikoudes Beach is lovely, you can rent 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 7.5 euro. There are people selling lovely big tubs of fresh chopped fruit on the beach for 2 euro. There are a few shops/bars on the beach where you can get a cold beer and snacks, very reasonabley priced. No need to have a hotel with a pool as there is everything you need on the beach.
It would have been nice to have been greated at breakfast and taken to a table but it was literally a caferteria type set up where you just helped yourself to everything. The staff were constantly clearing up everyone's breakfast things which was good but the scraping and stacking of plates was done in the restaurant area which wasn't so pleasant.
Also we had an issue with our toilet not flushing, we had to call maintenance out several times. No one ever mentioned about not putting toilet paper in the toilets at this hotel, there were no signs, and when I googled it, it said it was fine to do so. However on the 4 time our toilet stopped flushing the receptionist told us that it was "the law in Cyprus" not to put paper down the toilet!
We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool, as well as a seaview. We visited the pool on the first day but didn't even put our towels down, it was enclosed by walls with no views so it wasn't a particularly pleasant place to spend the day. The pool and area around it looked very clean, and I think there was also a bar there. I think if we visit again we would opt for a cheaper hotel, not necessarily with a pool.

La posizione: molto centrale a ristoranti, negozi e locali e di fronte alla spiaggia con un bel lungomare per correre o passeggiare.
La colazione molto ricca e varia dal dolce al salato.
Unica pecca: il bagno senza bidet.
