Pros:

The hotel is directly across the road from Terminal one at Mexico City airport. They have a free shuttle to Terminal two.

Buen lugar para estancias cortas...
Pros:

La habitacion es muy comoda, con lo indispensable, buen servicio al cuarto y el restaurant esta rico y al precio.

Cons:

La verdad me quede con muy mal sabor de boca con el tema del transporte al aeropuerto, esta genial que ofrezcan el servicio a los huespedes, pero deberian aclarar que tienen horarios de salida y no es on demand como en otros hoteles, ya que eso provoco un retraso en mi abordaje, cuando salimos con anticipacion... solo porque no me notificaron los horarios exactos de salida... 😕😕😕😕

Pros:

Lo cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

La habitacion tenia un ruido horrible y no pude dormir, pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion y la unica opcion que me dieron fue, que tenian una pero sin clima.

Pros:

La habitación estaba perfecta.

Cons:

Su estacionamiento y que no hay elevador para subir al lobby. A pesar de no llevar más que 1 maleta fue incómodo tener que subirla por las escaleras. Es peligroso.

No one met me curbside. No one took me and escorted me to my room and checked that the AC was working.bag to my reserved

My room was hot and airless upon entry. The air conditioning control was stuck and I had to call the receptionist to ask for help. I arrived after midnight and had to wait another 1/2 hours before someone was sent to turn on the air conditioner. It was too difficult inside the room but the hotel employee did get it working and then I was comfortable and could sleep. I didn’t like having to wait to go to sleep. I wish the room had been prepared for my stay as I did tell the hotel I’d be arriving after midnight.

Hotel caro para su estado
Pros:

Los precios cambiaron mucho
Al ver la opción en booking indicaba $115, al reservar $124 y al final me cargaron $150.

Con este precio me hubiera hospedado en un Holiday.
