Pros:

Gostei de tudo, os funcionários principalmente são extremamente educados, gentis e atenciosos em geral ,mas os do restaurante sao fantásticos.

Experiencia frustrante: desinformación, trato desigual y mala logística
Pros:

Tiene buenas instalaciones. Nos quedamos en una habitación muy agradable con terraza y buena vista.

Cons:

Lo primero y muy importante, el hotel NO tiene una excelente ubicación, ni siquiera queda en Sorrento. Sin embargo ofrecen un servicio de Shuttle bus para ir y venir del train station de Sorrento, el mayor problema es que NO me avisaron (adjunto foto) por lo que terminé caminando 30 minutos con mi novia, con maletas, y en una montaña de mucha pendiente para llegar al hotel (me dicen “oh, no debiste hacer eso”, pero si no avisan pues DIFÍCIL)
Lo segundo que nos molestó fue que el personal es amable en el desayuno (el cual es bueno) sin embargo, si no dejas tip el primer día, el segundo día ni te determinan adrede, entonces el tip NO es un tip, es obligatorio y no avisan. No nos ofrecieron café, ni no son sentaron el segundo día, se notaba que fueron groseros a posta, no nos determinaron.
Tercero, fuimos en época de primavera (frío) y la piscina es muy llamativa, sin embargo no tiene calefacción, por lo que estaba helada y así no se disfruta, nadie duraba más de 5 minutos adentro.
Cuarto, la habitación tiene un muy buen televisor pero no puedo creer que no sea smart o no tenga forma de compartir pantalla, solo tiene programas nacionales (esto es común en Italia pero al ver que era Samsung y grande pensé que por fin podríamos relajar viendo algo de streaming y NO, no hay manera)
Por último, me pareció muy llamativo que el hotel estaba lleno de gente de la tercera edad, no se si fue coincidencia pero solo habían abuelitos. Por ende, todo el tiempo nos observaron sin disimular, NO lo recomendamos para una pareja joven, son todos señores mayores, nos hacían sentir muy incómodos.

A touch too far away from the centre for me, however it was very good value compared to the Hotels nearer there

Perfecto para vacaciones

La habitación espectacular, tanto la cama muy cómoda como las vistas.

Impeccable et très agréable Sorrento et une belle découverte a ne pas rater
Pros:

L’emplacement avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Naples. Petit dejeuner copieux , personnel très sympathique et serviable et surtout navette disponible a partir de la station de train et du bus et dans la journée entre l’hôtel et le centre

Very kind staff and a wonderful location, the comfort level of furniture, etc is not my favorite

A fantastic view and very friendly hotel staff!!!

Cons:

Taking into consideration the design and comfort level , the prices especially of the so called suites are much to high. The booked suite was very „loud“ based on the layout of corridors and the noise of other persons.

Priveliște minunată,hotelul este situat pe deal,are transport asigurat cu mașini ale hotelului, destul de des,poți să urci și să cobori cu aceste mașini în orarul dat,curățenie, schimbat prosoape în fiecare zi,personalul amabil,câteva locuri de parcare,mâncare de bază, cafeaua bună,ne- au făcut upgrade la camera.
