Amazing views. Lovely pool . Fabulous breakfast. Shuttle service to & from sorrento train station . Great staff & service.
It is a steep hike up to the hotel if you miss the shuttle - it would be great if it ran every hour . Check out is 10am.
Size of room
Very noisy, you can hear people from other rooms and the corridor also the air cons of other rooms running all night which makes a very loud constant noise.
They also had a party with very loud music one of the nights so I couldn't sleep at all. They did not warn about this party.
The pool is too small for the number of people.
The shuttle busses are not frequent enough so you might as well stay in the city centre.
Una delle viste piu' belle sul golfo di Sorrento..terrazzo e camera enormi (Stanza 132)..bella piscina..colazione da 7.5..
- La chiusura automatica delle porte delle stanze e' troppo rumorosa
- Il trasferimento da e per Sorrento..risulta troppo limitato nelle ore serali..le 23 e' troppo limitato sopratutto cenando tardi.
L'alternatuva con taxi troppo costosa, consiglio un accordo commerciale con qualche taxi

It was lovely stunning views good place to stay. The staf were top tier very lovely.
The air con in the room didn’t work we rang the desk loads of times to get someone to fix it, they sent someone up and said it’s the max setting bare in mind it’s mid July it’s very hot and we was sweating in the room. Wasn’t good enough for what we paid for.
This is hotel has great views of the surrounding area.
The hotel is situated up a hill but they provide a free shuttle bus to Sorrento, which was great.
The staff at the hotel are all very efficient. Special mention to the head waiter and his colleagues who looked after us very well. We stayed for our 25th Wedding anniversary, we had a fantastic relaxing holiday. We felt very looked after and the restaurant staff were amazing with us.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Utsikten från hotellet var helt magiskt, så trevligt hotell med mysigt poolområde.
Tyckte inte rummen höll samma standard som resten av hotellen, underlig tapet i rummen och kändes allmänt låg standard. Duschhuvud m.m kunde absolut behövts bättre rengöring.
