Sehr komfortable und schön gestaltete Zimmer. Das gesamte Servicepersonal war extrem freundlich und sehr aufmerksam! Wir haben uns rundum gut betreut und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es werden shr hohe Erwartungen geweckt, aber am Ende wird doch nur der Standard in dieser Kategorie

Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein echter Standortvorteil. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich aber auch nichts besonderes. Das Frühstück entspricht dem Standard in dieser Kategorie. Was auch bei den Restaurants der Fall ist. "Fisch" können Sie dort besser als "Fleisch".

Cons:

Ich erwarte im Ausland nicht, daß die Menschen meine Muttersprche sprechen. Aber in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte das Personal wirklich bessere Englischkenntnisse haben. Ich spreche selbst neben fließend Englisch und auch soviel Spanisch, daß ich mich verständigen kann.
Bei unserer Abreise (morgens) hatte ich 2 Tage vorher darum gebeten, mir ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu bestellen. Nachdem bereits die Verständigung (in Englisch) mit der als Concierge arbeiteten Mitarbeiterin nicht ganz einfach war, bestätigte diese mir dann zunächst telefonisch , daß das Taxi um 07.30 p.m. (!!!!!) zur Verfügung stünde. Ich benötigte eine Weile, um der Dame den Unterschied zwischen ante meridiem und post meridiem klar zu machen, da wir ja nicht abends zum Flughafen fahren wollten, sondern früh morgens. Bis Sie das verstanden hat, hat tatsächlich etwas gedauert.
Und by the way: das Taxi war kein Taxi sondern ein mit dem Hotel wohl zusammenarbeitenden Fahrdienst (mit S Klasse Auto) und dem entsprechenden Preis. Aber wie sagt man so schön: ce la vie.

I paid for the hotel for 1300 euros. for some reason, booking did not confirm the hotel reservation, and my money was debited from the bank account. as a result, booking replied to me that it would refund my money now, in 12 days. and so I was left without money and without a hotel.

La amabilidad del personal en el salon del desayuno/cena, en especial el camarero Jesus, fue muy amable y atento como pocas personas he visto en Espania

El spa se llena mucho, por mas que organizan horarios, es muy lleno, tendrian que agrandarlo o reducir la cantidad de personas por turno/horario. Ademas en la recepcion no nos avisaron que habia q reservar, lo supimos al intentar entrar al spa.

Amazing staff, and great food.

Cons:

They didn't tell me ahead of time that I would need a swim cap for the spa. So you have to pay 3 euros for them. Also, the towels in the Spa room that they gave us were wet.
