Pros:

Hemos pasado unos días en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido de diez para los 3. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la limpieza, todo estaba impecable, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes.

También queremos destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre atentos y cercanos.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y perfectas para descansar. Además, viajamos con nuestra perrita y nos encantó que sean pet friendly, algo que valoramos muchísimo.

Sin duda, volveremos cuando regresemos a Andorra. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Large and comfortable rooms. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

There was constant noise from outside throughout our stay. There was also an unpleasant smell in both the room and the corridors.

The staff were neither friendly nor helpful.

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had. It was as if every effort had been made to make it bland and tasteless...

Our towels were changed only once during our three-day stay. There was no notice or information explaining this policy, so we had no way of knowing it in advance.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Habitación amplia, impecable y cómoda. Además de un excelente servicio.

La excelente atención de la señora de recepción. Me guió mucho sobre cómo moverme en Andorra. Y el espacio de la habitación fue muy cómodo, impecable y hermoso. Además, con vista al rio.

Cons:

El único detalle seria el cristal en la regadera. Lo sentí un poco peligroso si llegas a resbalar dentro de la tina.
