I'm looking forward for next time!
Pros:

The couch next to the bed was very comfortable to sit in and I loved the forest nearby with the view to the Lower Rhine infront of the dinning area.

Cons:

I wish the beds coul have seperated so I could have had more space and privacy during the night and drawers instead of small table next to them.

In addition the laundry bag wasn't replaced after being used.

Fijn verblijf met de rust in een omgeving waar we naar opzoek waren !

De accommodatie was uitstekend de ligging en ook de decoratie als het gaat om de foto's van hoe het hotel vroeger was (na oorlog) ,leuk om de geschiedenis te zien! verder fijne kamer van alles voorzien mooi uitzicht. en schoon!

Cons:

Er vielen ons wel een paar dingen op, we zijn op een correcte manier ontvangen.
Maar we kregen daarbij niet echt het gevoel van gastvrijheid.

Bij het ontbijt was er denk ik een nieuwe collega werkzaam en het viel ons op dat er wrijving was tussen een wat meer ervaren werkneemster en de nieuwe jongere werkneemster.
Waarbij de ervaren werkneemster steeds knikte naar een andere collega over de nieuwe dat ze het minder goed deed.

Als gast zijnde is dit natuurlijk niet wenselijk om dit op te merken en het komt daarbij vrij onprofessioneel over.
Buiten dat het voor de desbetreffende ontbijt medewerkster erg ongemakkelijk kan zijn.

Het bedienende personeel in de bar was wel heel vriendelijk en Professioneel !

Prima verblijf op mooie locatie
Pros:

Locatie en kamer

Cons:

Muziek in restaurant/ bar echt verschrikkelijk. Kan nog net voor een lift.
Bar en keuken nogal gehorig. Kun het personeel goed horen en veel gerommel met bestek etc

Voor de volgende een tip om de spinnen webben beter weg te halen.

En op 1 kamer toen de persoon binnen kwam stonden de lampen aan

Nice view, nice hotel, but not experts in cleanliness.

The hotel next to the lake has a beautiful view and the hotel is modern.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t welcoming and the staff doesn’t clean the room they just take away the trash and I don’t know what else. I’m not really sure in how they clean. I had 2 different reservations and found a tray of cookies inside the closet that it wasn’t clean well obviously.

Breakfast was not that good, I had cucumbers that had like slime or were rotten. That happens when you freeze them and put them back the next morning

Cons:

The beds are terrible. I asked for a double bed, I was given two single beds placed together and obviously they move in all possible directions. The mattress was not comfortable I got an upper limb discomfort. And water leaked from the wet area of bathroom to the dry area. There is no separate walking path to the hotel; you need to be careful about the cars and the other option is to walk through the dark forest. The receptionist refused to provide me with an invoice for my stay.
