Pros:

Great hotel if working/visiting hospital. Generally reasonably priced although it’s varied.

Cons:

They really need to sort out their blinds in the bedrooms as it was unbelievably bright and interrupted my sleep and woke me far too early.
Also food menu could be better, too much greasy, meaty stuff on it. Would like to be able to order something far healthier and cleaner than what is offered.

Efficient and very friendly certainly happy to stay again

Early departure so didn't use breakfast facilities.

Dark room spoiled stay
Pros:

Handy location in hotel chain I have used a lot up north

Cons:

The room was so dark that even with all lights provided we could not see to unpack. Needs a standard lamp or more lamps- ridiculously dark

Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and easy to park. Nice pub and coffee bar
Pros:

Bed really comfy and room lovely and clean. Unfortunately children were running around the corridors making a lot of noise for quite a long time into the evening. Not the best night sleep due to noise

I have requested room with a bathtub, sent couple of emails to confirm and was advised day before arrival that it will be taken care of. On check in I was informed that hotel is going through the refurbishment and none of the rooms have bathtubs anymore. Not professional at all. Check out Receptionist was great.

Cons:

Very basic menu choice and nowhere to go to eat if you didn't want to watch football. Nowhere to sit when not in your room. No disabled facilities

Ok for a business trip.
Pros:

Great location. Good facilities. Clean. Room was modern and comfortable.

Cons:

My room was close to the gym so I had a lot of noise and music. This finished late and started again very early. Didn’t get much sleep.
