The room was good shower very good. It was clean
The swimming pool was closed. We had no prior notice of this and this was the reason we chose this hotel over cheaper ones. We were offered no compensation, not even a free drink
The hotel , reception staff and bar staff were excellent.
The chef appeared to be very unco-operative. Avoid the food and take your own booze ….maybe?

Great size of room with very comfy beds. Breakfast choice was excellent and all staff were very friendly and hrlpful
Our aircon in room broken so absolutely baking had hardly any sleep, dirty coffee cups at breakfast.
Clean, lots of facilities, room was fine. It was ‘accessible’ and it worked well for us with severe mobility problems.
Reception was poor. The staff member unresponsive when I tried to say about my wife (who was still in the car). then became quite tart when I couldn’t work the IT. Eventually she deigned to help, but couldn’t find the booking via the electronic check in herself (eventually it turned up in her own list of Accessible Bookings. I was made to feel pretty useless, worst reception ever in an hotel!
