The location it’s good that’s it
My son and his friends had a room and it was a tick there dead on the sheets the water of the pool too much chlorine and they lied on breakfast too it’s only bagels muffins cereal and waffles not eggs and the protein as it shows in the ad
The location to the airport
Staffs are unfriendly and the facility is dirty
Bed was comfy
Mice running around. Room wasn’t ready until after 10 pm after arriving at 9pm with a reservation.
Location was looking very clean. We were here for a family wedding, booked several rooms. Made use of the event hall as well. We woke up to see our rooms flooded with water coming from several rooms. Spoke to the front desk manager (Ragu) who was very disrespectful, and nonchalant about the situation. His staff standing next to him was shocked to see a rude supervisor speak this way. With the amount of water damage, I'll file a claim with their cooperate office.
The only good thing is that there is a pool.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was terrible from start to finish.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised that breakfast was included. However, we later found out that breakfast is only available on weekends. There is no breakfast offered during weekdays, which feels very misleading and like false advertising.
Housekeeping was practically nonexistent during our stay. We stayed for several days, and no one came to clean our room. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom was especially unclean. We were a group of four people and were provided with only one towel.
By the third day, since no housekeeping had come to service our room, we went to the front desk to request cleaning. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told to leave a review stating that there was no housekeeping. That response alone shows how little management cares about guest satisfaction.
The service was terrible, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the advertised amenities were not accurately represented. We were so dissatisfied that we ended up checking out and switching to another hotel. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
I liked that there was a pool and a workout station
That they would take the towels and not replace them,that there was no shower certain in the tub,that there was a mouse running around in my room,that it smelled like wet dog in the room ,the sofa and the floors smell like dog piss. I will not stay in a hotel that is pet friendly anymore.
I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable.
I did not receive an invoice for my stay and thought it would have been emailed. The room was comfortable, but NOT CLEAN! Bathroom was not cleaned as well. We had to ask for wash cloths.

Third world accommodation 10days we where there once only where the bed sheets changed. You have to ask for clean towels if you want clean towels daily.
Let's start with the breakfast in a brown paper bag (NO JOKE )It contains a small bottle of water,apple and bagel with cheese spread. This found its way in the bin.
Swimming pool go in if you dare
Gym blink and you miss it .
Corridors smelling 🫢 litter all a long them.pizza boxes take-away cartons all in all.
Just a poor hotel👎👎
