Das Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer

Cons:

Liegt direkt an einem Padel Tennis Platz. Von 07.00 - 23.00 Uhr ununterbrochen dieser Lärm. Ein Grund diese Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen

Le petit dej est dingue ! Les lits très confortables, et j'ai beaucoup aimé les attentions de tous les jours : des gâteaux, du vin, du chocolat, il y avait un petit cadeau tous les jours

Cons:

L'hôtel a des normes élevées, donc c'était très étonnant, par exemple, de ne pas avoir de gel douche. Il y avait du savon pour les mains, du shampoing, mais pas de gel douche !
La seule fois où j'ai pris la navette pour aller au centre, elle est partie un peu en retard à l'aller, et est venue avec 1h de retard pour le retour. En vrai, elle ne serait pas venue si qqn n'avait pas appelé plusieurs fois l'hôtel. Aucun geste de l'hôtel par rapport à ça.

Very nice stay and comfortable base to explore the island while enjoying amenities of the hotel
Pros:

Wry friendly staff and good location to drive to the main attractions on both west and east of the island. Sauna is a nice touch and a must. Also very spacious room. We were there for our anniversary and they left cute little gifts for us in the room which shows classy management. Breakfast was also very good.

Beautiful place in Funchal at the beach
Pros:

Good location right at the beach (off center), nice amenities and venue.

Cons:

A bit on the busier side with for example breakfast where guest experience might get lost in the hustle and bustle when the staff is really busy.
