El personal que tiene el Hotel es magnífico, salvo un tal Lucas Rodríguez, que atendió a mi mujer y a mis hijas antes de haber tenido la pulsera de muy malas formas en el bar de fuera. Tan es así, que cuando acabaron de desayunar fueron a la recepción a quejarse de este chico.

Ar condicionado não estava funcionado. Demoraram quase 2 dias para acertar . E na hora do checkout me cobraram late checkout por meia hora de atraso sendo que desde cedo nos mandavam descer sem nenhuma educação. Quando pedi falar com gerente falaram que não achavam ele. Enfim diária cara e fomos tratados muito mal

We experienced several problems throughout our stay at your hotel, starting with check-in, when there was a delay of approximately one hour before our room was made available.

The room service was also unsatisfactory. Dirty glasses were not replaced, and despite being entitled to daily coffee capsules and bottled water, these items were not replenished. We complained at reception and specifically requested them, but they were still not provided.

We also found a cockroach in our room. When we reported this to the receptionist, instead of receiving appropriate assistance, we were met with a dismissive and mocking laugh, which we found completely unacceptable.

Finally, after checking out, we were charged for three drinks that we did not consume.

In addition, at check-in we received a voucher for a complimentary bottle of champagne. We subsequently requested the champagne via message, and we have proof of this request. Despite the fact that the champagne was provided as complimentary under the voucher, we were charged €233.50 for it.

We have already contacted the hotel by message regarding these issues, but our messages have not been answered.

4000€ for 5 nights in a standard room with no view and the service was bad.
Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. I arrived at 3, had to wait for an hour till 4 and nothing was offered while I was waiting: not a drink, not a coffee, not even a glass of water!
I had to pay for everything in the room. I was even charged 20€ because I used 4 Nespresso capsules (in 6 days).
WORST HOTEL EVER

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Was vor allem daran liegt, dass die Zimmer stark beansprucht werden und nicht renoviert werden. Dies ist keine Kritik am Reinigungspersonal.

You have to pay for everything every if you ask for water to drink which is free everywhere & Ice or parking too much and expensive with no value

Bathroom very dark , lobby small , everything over expensive , not very friendly personel only 1 bellboy and reception girl mar i liked.

You pay thousands but not worth it at all

It is a good hotel overall, but in terms of service, it is definitely not a five-star hotel by the standards you would normally expect. I would absolutely not recommend it for couples or families, unless you enjoy partying and want to be surrounded by a party crowd. The price of the hotel is also outrageously expensive for what is offered.

On Saturday, we wanted to go to the beach and get some sun loungers, already at around 12 noon. We were told that there were no sun loungers available because the hotel also sells them to external guests. We were advised to try the pool instead. Unfortunately, we had exactly the same problem there: hotel guests could no longer find a spot because external guests had paid for the sun loungers. So the hotel essentially makes money twice from the same facilities. I went to reception and politely explained the situation, but I was simply told that nothing could be done. Only after I became less friendly and asked to speak to the manager did we suddenly manage to get two sun loungers. I find it very disappointing nowadays that being polite and respectful apparently gets you nowhere, even when you are asking for something you should be entitled to as a hotel guest.

The breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. However, I would expect a five-star hotel to serve freshly prepared coffee at the table. The coffee from the machine was terrible. I asked two different waitresses if it was possible to get a proper coffee, but both told me that at the bar they only had specialty milk and that I should simply use the coffee machine. For a hotel of this category and price, I would definitely expect better service.

Additionally, the rooms on the first floor facing the street are not particularly nice, and in the morning you can hear the noise from the street cleaning. At least there were earplugs in the drawer, which was a nice touch, but for the price we paid, I would expect much more here as well.
