The hotel is very clean , good location, we asked to get a late check out, first time we were told to check in the morning , but later this day. Front desk permitted late check out and we. Pain$ 200 euro , next morning incidentally I received a phone call from front desk that this room is booked and we have leave a room by 1 pm, but the reason I was so. Disappointed that the manager was so rude, she said : I told you to come in the morning, this is not our fault” wasn’t helpful at all and talk to me the way that I’m little girl doing something bad

Безусловно это очень красивый отель. Все что касается дизайна 10 из 10.
Завтраки очень понравились на берегу моря,качество продуктов отличное и огромный выбор, прям не хотелось оттуда уходить.

Cons:

Ужасная политика с депозитами на check-in. У вас нет вариантов не оставить депозит в размере 500€ за бар в номере.
Когда заходишь в номер, это как зайти в магаз, лежат красивые коробки но все стоит денег отдельно. На мой взгляд для отеля такого уровня это как минимум странно.
Самое странное в этом, что ты не можешь знать список того, что у тебя должно быть. У меня уже спустя сутки после выезда сняли деньги за орешки которые я не брал. Сумма не большая, в ресторане внизу мы каждый вечер оставляли в 10 раз больше, но ощущения жутко не приятные. Я не хочу платить за то что не покупал.

Excelente breakfast, defronte o mar de cala den bossa, muitas opções realmente incrível (Top3!?); fomos recebidos pela Marieta muito simpática, neste período ganhamos upgrade para suite de 58 m2 defronte a balada room 319 muito bom, amplo com cama king, varanda com jacuzzi, greetings to Noelia a manager big boss! Super recomendo

Inicialmente um room pequeno e sem graça, hells kitchen pouca opção de carnes.
Deixaram minha porta aberta um dia, mas nada sumiu!

Financially entrapping and deceptive.

Great rooms and design of hotel

Cons:

Staff were offensive and charged us extra in order to stay in the hotel on top of what we paid on booking.com. They were only letting one person permit into the hotel despite purchasing two rooms. Tried to then charge another 800 euros on top of that to have four people stay in two rooms.

Alles war super. Kurze Wege vom Hotel zum Frühstück und zum Pool/Strand. Frühstück sehr komfortabel.
Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber. Komme gern wieder.
