Pros:

L'emplacement avec l'acces au club. Désolé mais ce n'est pas du tout un 5* etoile surtout au prix d'un palace. C'est tout juste un niveau 4*.

Cons:

les beds gratuit toujours complet a la piscine comme à la plage. On vous pousse a la consommation pour acheter toujours plus y. compris dans les chambres ou ont a l'impression d'avoir des coffrets cadeau or tout et payant et le prix pas du tout clairement exposé voir limite cacher pour que l'on se trompe.

The location, close to the parties area

Cons:

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, which negatively affected the overall experience. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for items from the minibar. When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of resolving it promptly, the staff argued with me and questioned the mistake. Only after a lengthy discussion did they finally agree to refund the duplicate charge. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a lack of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Pros:

hotel situe juste a cote de la scene Usuhaia qui donne une facilite ainsi qu une entree privee sur le site donc hyper facile
de plus la piscine ainsi que les pieds dans le sable en font un enorme atout a 10 min de l aeroport

Cons:

les avions qui atterissent continuellement mais cela fait partie du fun egalement

Pros:

Habitación relación calidad precio muy baja . Las habitaciones con vistas a lado contrario de la piscina tienen una extracción de campana de cocina que mete olores en las terrazas de la habitaciones y en las habitaciones si abres la puerta de la terraza . Nos ofrecieron como alternativa una suite por 2400 euros mas para 3 noches , a parte de los 2400 euros que ya habiamos pagado por 3 noches en el mes de Junio .No la cogimos al ser un precio alto

È un buon hotel nel suo complesso! È diventato un pochino troppo costoso ma per il suo nome e per la location vale ancora la pena! L'unica mia eccezione è la troppa insistenza dei camerieri nel pretendere la mancia,perché non è una semplice richiesta, ma è una vera e propria insistenza, e a me non piace,soprattutto perché diventano quasi aggressivi e offesi se non la ricevono! Voto totale 7,5 !
