Czysto,przydatna klimatyzacja,sejf,kawa- herbata na dole bez ograniczeń, przy zameldowaniu możliwość skarzystania z lemoniady, dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Cicho-aczkolwiek otwieranie drzwi przez wprowadzanie kodu numerycznego, generuje niepotrzebne dźwięki przy każdej cyfrze.

Super śniadanie, znakomita lokalizacja i miła obsługa. Polecam.

Cons:

Były problemy przy rezerwacji hotelu. Zarezerwowałem dwa pokoje na cztery osoby a otrzymałem link do check in tylko dla dwóch osób i zapłaciłem za jeden pokój. Na szczęście udało mi się skontaktować z obiektem i dostaliśmy po przyjeździe drugi pokój. Poza tym wszystko było ok.

Only good and helpful receptionist staff

Every thing is bad exclude receptionists

Its one of the worst ever property I stay in
Corridor lights sensor not working properly ,
you have to use mobile torch to walk in darkness

All day and night will feel sound and vibration door closing

No kettle water in room

Wardrobe door failed down

Bathroom shower hose where broken

Soap dispenser might be from 10 years, we asked to replace and refill but no response

Room smell very bad it's reflect non cleaning

Bathroom cleaning very very bad

Beds mattress will make orthopaedic pain if you used 3 days


Bathroom room toilet tissues it was only first day the next 2 days nothing

Public coffee area in ground floor
Coffee machine with cold water

Coffee nose drops ....I don't no how to explaining it's accumulated milk on it

However will drink cold coffe

Only reception staff where lovely good people

Its not deserve 1/2 star

Reception area only 4 seats

Its real bad experience in the one best and more beautiful city in the world

Lousy arrival experience
Pros:

Good breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

There is NO integration between the booking.com and the real hotel e-portal.
We have not got any information that we needed to register our arrival there. And at arrival nobody was in the reception.

I got access to the hotel online service via whatsapp. I got the link https://hotelsql.comarr.cz/HotelOn/Login.aspx
This link I should have had on email before arrival - I did not get this link (and other hotel guests booking via booking.com has the same problem).

When I registered my birthday on the online e-portal I got that my birthday could not be registered Dec 12 1968 - A classical NaN (not a number) problem -> see https://photos.app.goo.gl/vsE2ZykqAoa3HuVR7

We had to go the neighbour hotel of the same chain and get help. After even there they could not help us so they had to send a person to meet us at the hotel to register us.

I helped 3 other guests at the hotel with similar problem the next few days. Lousy experience!!!
I also has to help an elderly guest who did not understand how to get access to the room - nobody in the reception in the evening.

Registrace proběhla vzdáleně (přístupové kódy) a bez problémů. Velmi dobrá poloha kousek od historického centra s mnoha různými restauracemi v bezprostředním okolí.

Music at 7am in th hotel
Cons:

They blast music in the stairwell that wakes you up at 7 a.m. every morning. When you ask them to turn it off, they refer you to the manager, who does nothing. They couldn't care less about their customers.
