Отдых был отличный, мелочи и некоторые неудобства можно потерпеть. Отель на 3 звезды, не на 4!
Pros:

Хорошее место, рядом со старым городом. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Есть чайник и кофе машина в доступе круглосуточно. Правда кофе варила только черный!

Cons:

Не было администратора круглосуточно, только днем до 17.00. Для 4-х звездочного отеля это необычно. В нашем номере плохо работал кондиционер, попросили починить, но практически ничего не изменилось. Душ плохо держался на вертикальной трубке, сползал вниз постоянно. Отель требует ремонта- наличник в ванной комнате в одном месте внизу прогнил.

Great location, but for €366 over 4 nights I expected much higher standards of cleaning and transparency.
Pros:

The location is excellent — very central and within easy walking distance of all the main sights in Prague. If you only need a place to sleep and aren’t too fussy about comfort, the position is definitely the strongest point.

Cons:

The cleaning was practically non-existent over a 4-night stay. Only the bed was made each day. The towels were never changed: the first night I folded them and left them on the cabinet next to the mirror, the second night I put them on the floor in good faith hoping it would be a clear signal — both times I found them in the exact same spot, still dirty. The sink was never cleaned either. The only thing actually replaced during the entire stay was the bathroom mat. On top of that, there were cobwebs in the corners that stayed there for all 4 days, a large stain on the bathroom ceiling that looks like a water leak from the floor above (presumably from a bathtub), and the bathtub in my own room was clogged for the whole stay. Finally, the fridge in the room is not included in the rate — something that should be clearly disclosed before booking, not discovered on arrival.

10/10 will be staying here again next time I come to Prague.
Pros:

Staff were very nice, went out of their way to help me with any queries I had.

Cons:

The shower arm in the bathroom was loose, so it kept falling down when in use. But that was the only issue!

Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés. Olcsó, egyszerű körülmények. Tiszta,rendezett.

Cons:

Recepció még a kiköltözésnél sem volt. Nincs welcome drink.

Snídaně běžná, možnost výběru.

Cons:

Nefungovala klimatizace, v noci bylo na pokoji až 30 °C a pořádně se okny vyvětrat nedalo, protože okno vedlo na společnou verandu několika pokojů, takže by někdo mohl vlézt na pokoj.

Pros:

Easy access even checking in late. Just a 5 minute stroll to metro or 10 mins to the river or town. Clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom.

Cons:

A little noisy, windows didn't keep morning traffic noise out and musak in corridors. Curtains not quite big enough for window, so light coming in at 5am
