Easy access and free parking, big enough rooms with coffee machine

Cons:

I was charged $100 more than Booking price on my credit card without any explanation; when I realised and asked about it, I was told it was a reimbursable deposit; hopefully it will be reimbursed, however it would have been nice to be made aware of it without having to ask. The other thing is our room was not cleaned, we got back to the hotel at 9:40pm to an unmade bed and uncleaned bathroom, even though coffee supplies had been replaced in the room. I had specifically asked for the room to be cleaned around 4pm when we went out, because it hadn’t been done between 8:30am -3pm when we had been out the first time. When I brought it to their attention I got standard “So sorry” and that’s about it.

Will not use booking.com again. Once bitten, twice shy.
Pros:

Room was clean ,comfortable and thankful for elevator.

Cons:

Didn't like the over charge for the room, Didn't like the surprise $100.00 check in fee incase we trashed the room? A heads up on that would have been nice. We all aren't made of money. We found out that breakfast, included with the room rental, that runs from 7-10 am, has very little left over close to 10.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Close to lots of restaurant options and also close to the highway
