Would 100% come back and stay here. Area felt very safe, room was very clean, service was welcoming
Pros:

Location was a safe area with many stores and restaurants nearby. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Great customer service, elegance beyond expectations and a great breakfast.
Pros:

The quality of customer service. Wow!! Felt as if I had just arrived to a private resort. The most professional staff I have met in person without paying a fortune.

Cons:

I wish Booking would make it mandatory to report if under maintenance during the booking process. I picked this hotel exactly for the swimming pool and it was under construction when we got there. Aside from this particular instance, it has happened to us before. When it was 110 degrees, we wished the pool that was in the DESCRIPTION would have been actually AVAILABLE.

Disappointed in the amenities but the room it’s self was nicely updated and spacious

The pool was under construction and the hotel did not have any other opportunities for a pool. The two suggested offers were closed on the weekends
