Excellent hotel. Ideal location. Very friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location in Arinsal. Ideally placed for both winter and summer vacations. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff are extremely friendly, professional and supportive. English is widely spoken and dogs are made very welcome. The buffet breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel is perfect.

El personal y el trato a los animales: lo mejor del hotel.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, son super amables. Y otro aspecto muy importante es que tienen una zona próxima al comedor donde hemos podido estar con nuestro perro durante la cena y el desayuno, de esta manera hemos podido disfrutar en familia de estos momentos sin prisas ni estar nerviosos al dejar a nuestra mascota sola en un sitio desconocido.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tenían un tamaño demasiado justo. No tienen una zona de juegos ni juguetes para niños. Creo que es un hotel pensado en la temporada de esquí. Se nota que tiene bastantes años.

Pros:

La atención del personal excelente.
El desayuno y cena muy bien calidad precio.
Y también a destacar la ubicación porque es una cena muy tranquila a 20 minutos de Andorra la Vella.

Cons:

Deberían renovar los colchones aunque no dormimos mal es el único punto que mejoraria
