Charmantes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne Ausstattung im Toscana Style mit Charme. Sehr nettes Personal und ein toller Ausblick. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider wurde gerade die Wasserversorgung in der Stadt saniert und es führte zu kurzen Wasserausfällen. Kurz aber manchmal ärgerlich. Das Essen abends im Restaurant war besonders für Italien eher enttäuschend.

Lovely hotel and staff in a beautiful location!
Pros:

Oh what a beauty! Surrounded by the hills and olive trees this property is in a great spot. Between two old charming villages. The staff very so friendly and helpful from reception to the cleaning team. The pool is also very nice and we were lucky to have a few hot days so we were able to enjoy. All in a great stay!

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about at all.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer hatte eine grandiose Aussicht. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr gediegen. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend und von dort aus hat man eine suuuperschöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Unsere hochwertigen Fahrräder mussten draußen am Fahrradständer übernachten. Glücklicherweise hat es nicht geregnet. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir auf den Dinnerpreis einen Rabatt von 30% als Entschädigung. Das war in Ordnung. Ansonsten war alles super.

A fantastic experience in a breathtaking location.
Pros:

When you see the pictures of Borgo di Cortefreda, and in general of the Hotels belonging to the Place of Charme group, you may think their biggest asset is their locations, because they are, indeed, breathtaking.

But their biggest asset is the staff and their customer care, and attention to the guests’ needs and desires. I highly recommend this structure, and the group to which it belongs to as I have stayed in other locations as well (Villa Agape and Palazzo Alfieri), and they are all excellent in my personal experience.

I can’t come up with anything reasonable.

Overall, we had a nice stay.
Pros:

The food was fantastic, and the restaurant truly deserves 5 stars. The restaurant staff was also excellent. The pool area was beautiful, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning.

Cons:

I didn’t like the room. For the price we paid, it really wasn’t very good. When we booked, the room looked amazing, but when we arrived, it left a lot to be desired. Four of us slept in a room that wasn’t even 25 square meters.
