Pros:

Posizione incantevole in mezzo agli ulivi, esterno molto curato, camera spaziosa, buona la scelta per le colazioni, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Interni meno curati degli esterni, alcune manutenzioni da effettuare, pulizia non eccellente, letto con fastidiosa traversina in plastica a protezione del materasso, idromassaggio non funzionante nella piscina e pulizia della stessa non eccellente

Pros:

Bella struttura camere erano pulite.

Cons:

Piscina andrebbe pulita meglio perchè si vede che ci sono residui di terra o sporco sul pavimento e nei bordi.
Servirebbe inserire un robot ogni sera + qualcuno che ogni 2 settimane pulisca i bordi.

Un très bel établissement
Pros:

La piscine est très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec des produits frais. Le parking très pratique car la voiture est indispensable.
La chambre etait très bien sauf que la partie extérieure est un couloir desservant plusieurs chambres. De ce fait la chambre voisine avait une chaise extérieure devant notre fenêtre (pas très sympa)

Bel hôtel en Toscane
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec du personnel de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur le paysage Toscan. Petit bémol sur le couloir qui était assez bruyant

Staff friendly and helpful
The room was comfortable, although the bathroom layout was a little awkward.
Ground floor room had little courtyard, but no views to speak of.
Swimming pool was good, offering different depths for children and adults.
Excellent views over the Tuscan hills from the pool area and well located to visit most places in the region

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated, and the bathroom needed some TLC

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Ottima posizione per visitare tutte le cittandine e anche Firenze. Staff veramente disponibile e gentile. Pulitissimi. Cibo perfetto, la colazione specialmente.

Cons:

Una cosa che migliorerei per l'esperienza è non far accedere bambini piccoli. Comprendo che non dipenda dalla strutturra. Ma la cosa principale che migliorerei è quella. Disturbavano molto in piscina, facendo tuffi e rumore, schizzando noi e altre persone. Nonostante il divieto sul cartellone. Quindi aggiungerei una figura adibita al controllo della piscina per evitare queste situazioni.
Nella nostra stanza 112 le luci del bagno non erano molto forti e "sfarfallavano" spesso.
Un consiglio che darei è aggiungere dei parasoli per le macchine.
