Gentilezza e posizione
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, camera abbastanza pulita (migliorabile ma tutto sommato ok), buona colazione, buona posizione.

Hôtel bien placé proche métro et restaurant
Pros:

Un accueil exceptionnel, en plus il parlait très bien Français.
Calme et chambre immense avec une vue splendide

Cons:

La douche qui n’avais pas de pomme de douche mais seulement la sortie pluie.
On avait une baignoire aussi alors on s’est douché dans la baignoire

Get a comfy pair of shoes!
Pros:

Room was actually a suite. It was really big! I’d say that for a family of 3 that could be the best option but for a couple, it might be too big.

Cons:

The neighborhood. The hotel was located in a nice area of Lisbon, close to the botanical garden but, to get there, you have to walk about 15 minutes passing through a not safe area. You might meet homeless people living in old abandoned places that are located just close to the hotel.

Fantastic , wonderful, relaxing, lovely clean room each day, tasty breakfast & great service.
Pros:

Staff were all so kind , chatty & v helpful ! Breakfast was gorgeous (even have Prosecco 🥂).

Cons:

I really would have loved a kettle / cups etc in room (I missed not being able to have coffee in mornings on balcony). But it was possible anyway to go downstairs to breakfast room to get coffee anyway.

Cozy and quiet. As compared to the centro near the water, one gets a better feeling about the real Lisbon.
Pros:

Location and a great breakfast.

Cons:

Booking advertises that they have laundry sevice and free airport shuttle. They no longer do.
