Le personnel de ce petit hotel sympa, Il y avait qu une personne pour faire tout, mais avec tant de gentillesse, qu'on oublié ces choses. En plus, il se trouve dans un quartier très interessant comme est le centre de Lisbonne.

The start is great and overall it was a great place to stay

Por lo que vi en Booking esperaba algo distinto.
Cons:

El hotel figura como de 4 estrellas y es de 3 como máximo. Por ejemplo no tiene servicio de lavandería, el wifi tiene algún bajo alcance, una noche se perdió la señal de cable y no volvió hasta el día siguiente, el precio es elevado en relación al servicio. No tiene restaurante, solo se da desayuno.

Le personnel est avenant avant l'arrivée, ce qui est fort appréciable néanmoins une fois sur place, l'accueil est moyen avec la serveuse du matin un peu lunatique.

O melhor do hotel foi o café da manhã, servido na mesa. Muito bom! O quarto era confortável, dentro das expectativas. Graças a Deus tinha vaga na frente do hotel para o carro alugado.

Pros:

O hotel é realmente muito bom. As avaliações negativas me deixaram com medo, mas não têm fundamento. O staff é muito prestativo, o café da manhã é bom. Quarto grande e limpo, chuveiro com boa pressão. O prédio é antigo, mas está bem conservado. Custo x benefício excelente.

Good vibes - good hospitality
Pros:

What I appreciated most was the welcoming attitude of the staff. They genuinely take care of their guests, are always friendly, and have a great sense of humor, making you feel at home from the very beginning. A small but meaningful example: they remembered our preference for espresso, and every morning it was a pleasure to find it already prepared for us.

The breakfast service was excellent—perfectly organized, fast, and with high-quality products in just the right quantity. Having breakfast served at the table adds an extra touch of elegance and quality to the overall experience.

The location is also ideal: central enough to reach everything on foot, yet far enough from the busiest and noisiest areas to ensure a comfortable stay. We hardly needed any transportation, as most attractions were within walking distance.

Cons:

As for areas for improvement, the rooms would benefit from some renovation, as certain elements feel a bit dated. For example, the showers and the entrance doors had a few minor issues when opening and closing. In addition, our room was quite small, although still manageable for a short stay.
