Good short break
Pros:

Location, views (but have had better in this complex), pool/spa. Overall building reactions keeping things fresh.

Cons:

Apartment itself: Kitchen was sparse & uninviting: no bottle opener(!!!), but two garlic crushers(??), no basic consumables (glad wrap, foil - GC stems to have a low standard on this compared with elsewhere but is a simple host differentiator), some plates/cutlery not clean & needed re wash. Basically a notable difference between Gemini and AirBnb kitchen basics. Main bedroom older furniture, 2nd bed clearly intended for kids; uncomfortable and not suited to adults but not advertised as such. Have stayed at Gemini many times over the years, this apartment on the lower end in terms of value. But at least it was clean and comfortable for a short break.

Best thing was the views. Spacious layout.
Cons:

BEDS! BAD sleep quality. bedding was synthetic and sheets scratchy. Lack of clean stored blankets, the one I found was gross! Loose tap on the kitchen sink. Worst quality dishwasher I have ever used. Shower head had a leak which made water pressure non existent. The sauna that wasn't working.

A most enjoyable stay and will recommend to friends
Pros:

The View was outstanding and the location was great.
Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Handy to Coolangatta Airport.
Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, and glasses.

Great apartment with stunning views!h
Pros:

The view from our room was stunning!!! The apartment was spacious and well equipped including a great laundry. There was a delightful balcony that looked over the beach and also out to sea. The bedroom had a beautiful view of a tree covered hill with no buildings in site.

Cons:

Our quiet enjoyment of this apartment was disturbed by a workman knocking on the door around 8.30 am announcing he needed access to the apartment for scheduled work on window fittings. He eventually agreed to reshuffle his work order and to do our apartment on the morning we were checking out. Reception staff claimed they were unaware of renting an apartment scheduled for window work that day even though we found a clear schedule of work on a pinned up notice. We had paid beforehand to booking .com but received a printed message that our bill was outstanding and we needed to pay beforehand leaving. On checking with reception they agreed that that had been an error…

A nice stay in Burleigh Heads
Pros:

The pool is big and clean with a lovely view and bbqs. The view from our apartment was spectacular. Our 1bedroom apartment was described as older style and it definitely was which is ok but it was only just ok. The furnishings were stylish but worn and grubby. Had to ask for coat hangers and an iron which were given but just inconvenient for everyone.

Location is good being central to Burleigh main Street with nice shops and coffee shops and the beach. Apartments are up a hill so a bit of a climb but ok.
