Beautiful location, poor service – but I would still return
The beach is absolutely beautiful, although getting into the water can be a little difficult. The pool is also very nice and cleaned daily, and the views from the hotel and restaurant are fantastic.
Breakfast is quite basic, but there is something for everyone, and the food overall is simple but enjoyable.
The biggest disappointment was the service. Housekeeping was very poor – bed linen was not changed regularly, towels were sometimes forgotten, and the overall cleaning standard was unacceptable. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and a problem with our room door was never resolved.
Despite this, I would actually return. The hotel is older, but the excellent beach, stunning views and reasonable price make it very good value for money. Considering the options in Mondello, it may still be one of the better choices.
Improve the housekeeping and reception, and this could be a truly great hotel.

Niestety czystość nie jest na wysokim poziomie. Śniadania są bardzo monotonne nic się nie zmieniają z dnia na dzień . Bardzo źle zejście na plażę kamienista. Basen jest zamykany o 20 razem z plaża więc nawet wieczorem nie można wyjść na spacer. Przed 19 ratownicy już składają leżaki parasole co nie jest komfortowe dla klijetow. Nic nie dzieje się wieczorem w hotelu. Więc to raczej sanatorium dla starszych ludzi

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr alt und leider auch sehr schmutzig. Teilweise lagen sogar Zigarettenstummel im Flur. Auf dem Bettlaken waren gelbe Flecken, Haare lagen auf dem Boden und es war eine Fensterscheibe gebrochen. Im Badezimmer hat es geschimmelt. Insgesamt war der Zustand der Unterkunft für mich nicht akzeptabel und ich würde sie aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und des schlechten Zustands nicht weiterempfehlen.

The only thing that somewhat saves the overall impression is the fact that I paid 120 euros a night for two people, including breakfast, in August.
The reception staff are nice to some people but rude to others.
It seems as though they were actually trained to escalate their unpleasant behavior—rather than simply saying "I'm sorry"—whenever a mistake regarding the hotel or its management occurred.
We arrived at 10:30 AM, and the reception desk was aware of our arrival. We fully understood that the room wasn't ready yet; that’s normal—we travel often and get it—so we went to the seaside and didn't return until the official check-in time.
However, the room still wasn't ready even at the official check-in time.
Each time, I was brushed off by a different person and told I had to keep waiting.
What bothers me the most is that no one apologized. It’s such a basic, polite phrase.
On the third attempt, the receptionist handed me the room key without saying a word.
He didn't explain where things were, when breakfast was served—nothing.
We paid 110 euros, but I feel sorry for guests who paid twice as much (or more) and experienced the same treatment.
As for cleanliness, that is an area where the hotel really needs to improve.
Preparing a room for a new guest involves nothing more than changing the bed linen and towels and emptying the trash bin.

merita la camera vista mare per godere completamente di tanto splendore.
sicuramente struttura datata e il proprietario ne sara' consapevole, ma cortesia del personale(in particolare la signora Carla della reception, il signor Salvo in sala da pranzo e Gigi al barretto del lido) sono superlativi, ti fanno sentire ospiti speciali
Il cibo :colazione molto varia e abbondante,pranzo e cena alla carta con prodotti sempre freschi, una nota spleciale alla preparazione dei piatti tipici locali palerminani e di pesce.dolci e gelati da ricordare

The AC did not work properly which was very uncomfortable during the July heatwave. We had to move room twice before we were in a room. Generally the hotel, although in a beautiful position and not without charms, is badly in needed of renovation and modernisation.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e forse un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia dell'abbigliamento del personale non guasterebbe. Non abbiamo capito, dopo 6 giorni di colazione, il ruolo di Alessio....se fosse un cameriere o un cliente dato che tutte le richieste sono state poi esaudite da altri.....
