Pros:

Hôtel globalement en rénovation ou à rénover. Le parquet de la chambre était gondolé, les abords sont sales, plein de carrelages cassés etc... j'imagine que c'est la basse saison mais ça n'excuse pas tout.

The property is lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. just needs upgrading ( in my opinion only) .
Pros:

Location right on the water. Fantastic view. Clean. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had good choices. Also the restaurant for dinner of spaghetti and clams was very good. (I would overlook the things I didn’t like, and stay again.)

Cons:

Thin walls, and hard bed. The bar could offer snacks with drinks. The pool snack bar didn’t open until after 3:00

Beautiful location, poor service – but I would still return

The beach is absolutely beautiful, although getting into the water can be a little difficult. The pool is also very nice and cleaned daily, and the views from the hotel and restaurant are fantastic.

Breakfast is quite basic, but there is something for everyone, and the food overall is simple but enjoyable.

The biggest disappointment was the service. Housekeeping was very poor – bed linen was not changed regularly, towels were sometimes forgotten, and the overall cleaning standard was unacceptable. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and a problem with our room door was never resolved.

Despite this, I would actually return. The hotel is older, but the excellent beach, stunning views and reasonable price make it very good value for money. Considering the options in Mondello, it may still be one of the better choices.

Improve the housekeeping and reception, and this could be a truly great hotel.

W obiekcie są wygodnie umeblowane pokoje. W hotelu można zjeść naprawdę pyszną kolację przy wysokim standardzie obsłudze kelnerów

Cons:

Niestety czystość nie jest na wysokim poziomie. Śniadania są bardzo monotonne nic się nie zmieniają z dnia na dzień . Bardzo źle zejście na plażę kamienista. Basen jest zamykany o 20 razem z plaża więc nawet wieczorem nie można wyjść na spacer. Przed 19 ratownicy już składają leżaki parasole co nie jest komfortowe dla klijetow. Nic nie dzieje się wieczorem w hotelu. Więc to raczej sanatorium dla starszych ludzi

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr alt und leider auch sehr schmutzig. Teilweise lagen sogar Zigarettenstummel im Flur. Auf dem Bettlaken waren gelbe Flecken, Haare lagen auf dem Boden und es war eine Fensterscheibe gebrochen. Im Badezimmer hat es geschimmelt. Insgesamt war der Zustand der Unterkunft für mich nicht akzeptabel und ich würde sie aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und des schlechten Zustands nicht weiterempfehlen.
