Pros:

The food, staff and facilities were great. Everyone was friendly, gym onsite was suitable and they had padel courts.

Cons:

Some things could of been better such as mattress, soft drinks tasted cheap and pools open at 10am until 6pm. Would be better from 8am to 8pm atleast.

I have a lot on my chest. Would not come again
Pros:

The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were always clean. Most of the waiters, the chefs and the night reception staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and hardworking. The cocktails were good, and the food improved noticeably during our last two days. The Moroccan themed dinner was by far the best meal of the week. The pool areas were also nice, and the hotel itself has potential.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was one of the least welcoming all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. The overall atmosphere from some staff members made us feel like guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome, compared to other all-inclusives we have been to. In particular, the manager/supervisor at the buffet restaurant came across as dismissive and uninterested.

The buffet lacked variety, with almost the same breakfast and and only small changes at lunch. The bread was stale on multiple occasions. We reported it to a staff member, who appeared to already be aware of the issue, but nothing was done until after we made a complaint. I also found a worm in my food, which was extremely disappointing. The eggs were poor, the snack bar food (especially the pizza) was disappointing, and bottled water was not included outside buffet hours despite the hotel being all-inclusive.

One bartender wrongly assumed I was not staying at the hotel because my long-sleeved beach cover-up hid my wristband. Instead of politely asking, she shouted at me in front of others and never apologized after realizing the mistake.

The entertainment was the biggest disappointment. Most evenings consisted of simple dance routines where guests were repeatedly asked to participate. We expected to be entertained, not to become the entertainment ourselves. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we have visited, the evening shows were very underwhelming.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, but the connection was poor and frequently unavailable. There is a paid “premium” Wi-Fi option, but I don’t think guests at an all-inclusive resort should have to pay extra for a reliable internet connection. We ended up using our mobile data for most of our stay.

Finally, the hotel is located on a steep hill, which can be exhausting in the summer heat, and there is no Uber or Bolt available in the area, making transport less convenient.

Meillä oli huone omalla uima-altaalla pääuima-altaan vieressä. Täydellinen sijainti ja aurinko paistoi siihen koko päivän. Huone oli tyylikäs ja siivous hoitui päivittäin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Puffet-ruokailussa astioiden kerääjät eivät olleet oikein tilanteen tasalla. Astioita kertyi pöytiin ja eivät niitä hakeneet pois säännöllisesti. Itse sai niitä nostella viereisiin pöytiin. Saattoivat vieressä siivota pöytiä josta ruokailijat olivat jo lähteneet. Olimme kesäkuun alussa ja ruokailussa oli vähän asiakkaita, joten kiire ei ollut syynä. Pieni asia ehkä mutta heikentää palvelukokemusta. Ehkä heitä ei oltu ehditty vielä perehdyttää.

Best hotel in faliraki
Pros:

First of all at the reception Virginia is the best always smiling and helping with everything. The hotel has a wonderful view 3 pools and water park for kids they really enjoy. For the aldults the marakesh pool is wonderfull i really recomand this hotel all inclusive. All the staff is nice i will come back.

Все ідеально гарно чисто . За всім доглядають.
Ввічливий персонал . Аніматори молодці. Адмістратори взагалі молодці дуже гарні привітні , все розказали показали , таксі замовили , проживання продовжили . Як засилялась було трохи страшно , але адмін все показала , розказала , дуже дякую . Все сподобалось, якби знала що так гарно взяла б у подорож і чоловіка .

Cons:

Кондиціонер взагалі не холодив. І дуже потрібний кондиціонер для волосся, перший раз не взяла з собою кондиціонер то промучилась .Далеко від моря , але на території готелю є все що потрібно , і на море не вистачає часу . І хотіла забронювати номер з басейном, але з дітьми там не можна . Це мене дуже засмутило.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

We arrived pretty early,so our room was not ready,but we were advised to keep our bags in a special room so we enjoy breakfast and have a walk to Faliraki town. As soon as the room was ready( 1 hour before check in) we were welcome to go in which was really nice as check in time sarts from 3pm. The resort is very clean,plenty of sunbeds,all staff is exceptionally welcomming and nice, which made us feel at ease all our stay:) resort is on a hill so was nice breeze at all times not crazy hot,but walking from town it requires a bit of physical effort😅 3 swimming pools with sunbeds: 1 -more for kids with smaller parents( slides,etc.) And plenty sunbeds, second pool with bar and stage for evening is with activities during day with animation team who done an absolute great job in entertaining everyone) third pool with snacking bar aswell as mini pool for babies always had free sunbeds aswell. Water in pools was warm enough for playing in it and longer dip if wanted.
Very convenient long time ( 3 hours for each)for breakfast and dinner,so place was not overcrowded, themed ( asian,greek, mexican etc. )dinners everyday. Lunch was 1-2.30 but plenty of snacking options beaide pool so we never felt hungry. AI cocktails were nice during day and stronger options of them were available by request🫣 car hire is available at the hotel. Adults only Marakesh pool and bar is a great option for ones who prefer no kids around.
Food options were good and topped up frequently so everybody would find themselves what to eat.
All and all it was a great stay, kudos to all staff from room cleaners, reception,animation team, bar ladys, waiting staff. We felt like home and regreted we did not choose our full holiday here.

Cons:

I am not sure is it because humidity or other reasons but bread products( rolls, sponge based desserts) kad a bit of stale taste to them. As a chef my recommendation to kitchen would be to serve smaller size of panna cottas or jellys in a cups as I noticed ppl just have a bite and leave it aside- such a shame. Waste of chefs precious time and food.
