Excellent boutique hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Wonderful position. Loved the local market in square. Bags carried from drop off outside town walks to hotel. Great staff. The bar tender was excellent. Great hotel with wonderful ambience. Breakfast was perfect. Thoroughly recommend,

Cons:

More rubbish bins in room. Little more cleaning in bathroom although was certainly okay. So really overall no complaints. These are very small things.

Pros:

Everything was great. Very nice staff. Amazing room. Perfect location.

Cons:

Breakfast seems limited, and generally speaking the hotel is very expensive. I understand that everything in Dubrovnik is overpriced. We had similar stay in Split and other wonderful cities in Croatia for much less.

Beautiful being in an ancient palace, with warm staff, at the center of it all
Pros:

the location was wonderful, right in the center of old town. We could walk everywhere. The breakfast was great, I expected a standard buffet, but there was a full menu and we were able to order what we liked, including eggs benedict, what a surprise!

Cons:

We had a little difficulty with light fixtures that wouldn't turn off and were flashing. luckily we had eye covers, and the manager was very helpful after the first night to fix the problem. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell at night, maybe there are old pipes, but it was noticeable. My husband was very excited to see a Nespresso machine in the room, but unfortunately it never worked properly.

Great location and staff ... spoiled by noise and small rooms
Pros:

The location, the staff were all excellent. The decor, history etc. was what we would have expected. The history and the proximity to the walk of shame (if you know what this is). Local amenities across the square for the items you forgot to pack.

Cons:

Meals were average at best, the rooms are very small. I asked for a double bed, got two singles. Being in the centre of the old town and on a market square the noise outside went on until about 1am ... then the morning church bells started ringing at 5am ... so at best 4 hours sleep. No mention of this in reviews I read nor in the description of the hotel but it's the truth.

Great choice! I'd stay there again.
Pros:

The location can't be beat, it's pricey but if you're willing to pay for the best location this is it. The facilities are high quality and the breakfast is delicious.

Cons:

There's one young blonde girl working reception who probably shouldn't be customer facing (or get some training). But other than that, the staff are lovely and professional and easy to work with.

Pros:

Key would never work and staff not helpful. Reported that shower flooded the entire bathroom every day and nothing happened until the last night. Still flooded the next morning. Air conditioning not cool enough. For the money it was not worth it.

l'hôtel est bien situé dans le vieux centre mais bien cher pour qu'il donne.
Pros:

petit-déjeuner était bon. Emplacement de l'hôtel très joli dans le vieux centre. Propre.

Cons:

l'activité de l'équipe n'était pas comme attendu d'un hôtel de ce categorie. Le bagagiste avait tout à fair oublié de monter nos bagages dans la chambre.
