Failing management
Pros:

The location was it's only saving grace.

Cons:

Customer service was dismal, practically non-existent. Air conditioning did not function in 98 degree weather. Bathrooms had mold. Front desk did not answer the phone. Porter unavailable. Provided incorrect bed arrangement. Severely overpriced with the management issues that it has. It was too late to cancel and go elsewhere, so we had to grin and bear it.

Below expectation. Touted as five star but experience was more like a poor 3 star hotel.
Pros:

Very conveniently located

Cons:

Noisy portable Aircon that barely cooled the room on the hot sunny days, making it difficult to sleep. Curtains did not block out sunlight well, making sleep even more difficult. It had no facilities like gym or pool, so why does it qualify for a five star rating?

Great Hotel in Walled City
Pros:

An excellent option if you want to stay in the old city. An historic building beautifully restored. It's close to the main square and easy walking.
Great bathroom with Chopard bath products!
It was very easy with the hotel meeting us at the Dubrovnik boat dock and transferring our luggage. We did have to walk about 10 minutes as no cars are allowed within the walled city but it was a great walk.

Great location, bad bathrooms and reception staff.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and is the best aspect of this hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom would flood anytime you took a shower. The drain did not drain and the water goes all over the bathroom floor. We told the hotel and they claimed they fixed it but it still continued to flood with every shower. It was a huge mess and the hotel’s response was frustrating.
We also made a reservation for the Magdalena restaurant through the front desk. This was for dinner on our last night and meant to be a celebration of our family trip. The hotel neglected to tell us that the restaurant was closed because of short staff. They made us a reservation at a different restaurant at the last minute but the food was terrible and made the end of the trip a bummer.

Great Hotel in Old Town
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights in early June 2026. Beautiful hotel. Hotel is historic right in the old city next to a street market in a beautiful square. Location cannot be beat. Hotel has been renovated and is clean and modern inside. Rooms are large and very comfortable, bathroom is large and modern. Breakfast in included and is cook to order and was delicious. Staff was incredible and very helpful. One comment, room was expensive, Dubrovnik in the old town is expensive, but not sure if there are other options that are better value. But great Hotel, you cannot go wrong here.

Cons:

Cet établissement n’a rien d’un palace. Ce serait un 3 étoile correct mais pas un 4 et encore moins un 5 étoile. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées chaque jour, tout est vieillissant. Le personnel ne se comporte pas comme celui d’un palace. Aucun choix du petit déjeuner ne correspond à ce qui est décrit sur la carte.

The Pucic Palace is a fabulous place to stay right in old town Dubrovnik!
Pros:

If you visit Dubrovnik, we thought it would be fantastic to stay in the old town, and it was. The Pucic Palace is just what you would expect. You get the old historic European location with a beautiful guest room. Its classic! the staff is friendly and speaks English. It was a trip of a lifetime!

Give the Pucic Palace a miss
Pros:

The position and the lift to all floors was the only redeeming aspect of the Pucic Palace

Cons:

The hotel is very tired and needs a complete refurbishment. How this can be classed as five stars, I do not know. The breakfast offering was poor and the service was dismal. For the obscene price they charged, the hotel should have been far far better. Our hotels in Split and Hvar were superior in every way for a fraction of the cost.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pucic Palace. Staff was extremely helpful and our breakfasts were awesome.

Cons:

It was a bit awkward with the aircondition unit in the room but it was understandable under the circumstances.

Fantastic but Dubrovnik as a place pricey.
Pros:

Great location in a very old building within the old city of Dubrovnik. Very central for everything and as close to the centre as you can get. All of the staff including Nico, Martina and in particular Bruno went well beyond the call of duty to help us.

Estadia luxuosa no centro de Dubrovnik

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade murada, portanto próximo a todos os principais pontos turisticos, especialmente, a escada dos jesuitas ( escada da vergonha em Game of thrones). O hotel é luxuoso, contando com um quarto muito espaçoso. Meu quarto contava com tres janelas no quarto e uma no banheiro, sendo que uma duas davam de frente para uma das ruas, já que o hotel fica numa esquina. O banheiro era luxuoso e com várias amenidades, contando, inclusive com balança.O banheiro tinha chuveiro estilo chuva e banheira, sendo a água quente e farta.A iluminação do banheiro era fantástica. O aquecimento do quarto era bom. O prédio conta com elevador, o que é uma vantagem, já que se trata de uma edificação história. O café da manha era bom, entretanto, não é esquema buffet, mas sim a la carte, escontrando-se os pratos do menu inseridos nos custos do café da manhã. A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, educada e prestativa

A iluminação do quarto era extremamente precária. Toda a iluminação era indireta. Só havia um atendente no café da manha para atender todas as mesas. Isso nos acarretou um problema, pois, sendo o atendimento precário, demorava muito tempo para que qualquer item do café da manha fosse servido. com isso, no nosso último dia de estadia ficamos restritos a um café com pão, manteiga e geleia. Demoramos mais de 15 minutos só para ter esses itens disponibilizados na mesa. O hotel não dispõe de estacionamento, sendo os valores de parqueamentos fora do centro histórico extorsivos, média de 100 euros por noite

Great stay in a property full of character
