Gelungener Aufenthalt um Florenz näher kennen zu lernen.
Pros:

super Lage nahe Zentrum, Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel, alles bequem mit Bus oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück bietet alles, was man wünscht, netter, gemütlicher Speiseraum.

Cons:

Leider keine Bar für einen gemütlichen Drink am Abend.

Prima hotel met gunstige ligging.

Súper recomendado.
Pros:

El año anterior ya nos habíamos alojado en el hotel, lo mejor; la amabilidad del personal, la comodidad de las habitaciones y el desayuno es un 10 de 10. Es muy fácil llegar desde la estación de treces o desde el tranvía si vienes desde el aeropuerto.

Todo nos gusta.

Limpieza. Habitación amplia. Excelente servicio de su personal. Me ayudaron a dejar coche en la puerta hotel y coger taxi para llegar a visita turística q tenía reservada. Desayuno muy bueno también.

In Ordnung für wenige Tage. Extrem freundliches und bemühtes Personal.
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal das uns empfangen und uns viele Tipps gegeben hat, gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Parkplatzmöglichkeit (25€/Tag), gratis Kaffee in der Lobby

Cons:

Sehr rudimentär eingerichtet. Eine Dusche mitten im Raum, das Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und WC ist ein eigener Mini-Raum. Wirkt abgewohnt und als würde man in den Rest des Hotels mehr Liebe stecken, als in die Zimmer. Nicht sehr komfortabel. Klimaanlage hat nur zwei Stufe: ein oder aus. Sehr kalt.

Our stay was okay, but it lookwd more like a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Private parking, super helpful staff, 24/7 coffee machine at the reception, quick laundry service, not bad breakfast and great „breakfast” boxes when leaving early, close to tram

Cons:

Quite old and not renovated rooms, too far from the biggest attractions when with children

Buona esperienza ad eccezione di quanto segnalato.
Pros:

Colazione ricca e buona. La posizione dell'hotel è buona; il bagno ampio ma non mi è piaciuta la doccia in camera in quanto essendo una quadrupla non garantiva la giusta privacy.

Doccia in camera e il rumore della ferrovia così vicina.

Pros:

Great hotel with excellent room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, friendly staff and very tasty breakfast. Ideal location for walking to the city, train station is very close and as we went to Visarno Arena it was easy to get to the hotel afterwards. If we come to Florence again, we will definitely stay there again.
