El Automatic bar (first floor) open from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm. from Mondays to Sundays.

People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.

目の前が外務省ビルなので、ホテル前の通り（Calle 10) は警備が厳しく立ち入り制限をしているため極めて安全。部屋はとても静か。部屋や廊下からの眺めは最高。夜間に出歩くことがなかったため、観光には最適のロケーションだった。

Cons:

ホテル前でタクシーやUberで乗り降りする事が出来ない。Carrera 5Bまで出る必要がある。(大した距離ではないが。Carrera ６は車が通行できない時もあり。）無料のミネラル・ウォーターがない。（店で買ってもしれた金額であるが、事前に知っておくとそんなものか、という気持ちでいられる。）ColonialとDecoの両タイプの部屋を利用したが、どちらの部屋も変ったタイプの暖房機器があるが、効きがよくない。また、浴室の水圧があまり高くない。

Pros:

El personal del restaurant y spa son muy amables. La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

Excesivamente caro, sin valer la pena. Me cobraron un impuesto elevadísimo. La habitación olía raro y el cobertor tenía manchas. Un interruptor de la habitación se soltó.
Me alojé durante varios días y una mañana lanzaron agua y raspaban el techo, causando ruido y molestias. El baño del restaurant de la azotea huele brutal.

Difficult to access and not worth the money
Pros:

The hotel is located in the historic centre with easy walking distance to the museums. The later check out time of 12:30 was good.

Cons:

The surrounding buildings are being used by the President so armed police cordon off all of the surrounding streets meaning that you can’t get near the hotel. This is particularly an issue when arriving from or departing to the airport with heavy luggage as you have to walk with it (and the altitude will get you) to/from the taxi. It’s also an issue at night when all advice says not to walk around this neighborhood as it’s not safe and therefore to take taxis. But the taxis can’t get anywhere near so you have to walk. When you get to the police, you have to try to negotiate with them in Spanish to get in and out of the hotel each time, which was difficult. The hotel didn’t warn us about this, explain it to us, or help us with it, and overall the staff on reception were not helpful or friendly in telling us where things where in the hotel. They were keen to take the payment though, which came out as €30 more than quoted on here. (I understand exchange rates can vary.)
The rooms themselves were small and the shower, whilst powerful, flooded the bathroom each time. I had a nice massage, but even this was ruined a bit by them asking for a 50,000 COP (€13) tip for a 45 min massage.
The hotel is relying on a historic charm, but it’s past its best.
