Absolutley effing disgusting
Pros:

The most awful experience.i was given an attitude on the phone before arriving I could hear the person on the phone saying “ugh g*d” under their breath. Came inside waited 20 minutes to be helped after saying hello numerous times I wasn’t welcomed and I was given give a room with dirty walls and dirty sheets and what looked like someone shot a “snot rocket” and it smeared into the wall… I went down to get my room changed and It was changed to a room with the couch ripped out of the floor and taken out of the room. The bathroom had hair all over the floors. Considering having been given such an attitude like I’m such a burden for needing a place to stay for the night when it’s their job to help me… and then being given a disgusting unclean room I will never stay at this hotel again. I’m going home to take a shower and sanitize everything I own.

NOT PLEASED AT ALL
Pros:

This place was TERRIBLE. We stayed there 3 nights. FIRST, we couldn't watch TV during the whole stay. The girl at check-in told us they were fixing the problem, like it was a matter of hours before we got it working. never got it fixed. Not sure, they were even fixing it...THEN, we had not enough towels. Had to ask for more at the front desk (which supplied with more)... NOT PLEASED either that the towels had stains on them. All but 1. Was it from the rust on the towel bars? not sure.LATER, in the morning, found out the hair dryer was missing (the kind that is attached to the wall). Had to ask for one at the front desk for a dryer (which supplied with one that had seen better days...) MORE SURPRISE!! with the daylight on, we found out the OUTSIDE window panels had so many streaks we could hardly see through the window. Seems like they've never been cleaned nor the hotel cares about cleanliness... IN THE LOBBY, we saw some smoke coming out of a ceiling vent (='When there's smoke, there's fire" ...so we worried) Told front desk. Clerk just said not to worry, it was OK.. NOT VERY REASSURING... WE COULDN'T WAIT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE...

Could be much better
Pros:

Bed bad, dark rooms and poor shower. Breakfast was ok but no bread, muffins or fruit. Many restaurants a short drive away.

Terrible staff and GM
Pros:

Rude desk clerk, interrupting me when I tried to explain problems. Spoke with General Manager, who was also rude and hung up on me. TVs all out, internet out. Hotel is dirty. NEVER stay here and will NEVER recommend anyone else to stay there either! Nasty and disgusting hotel.

I don’t think I’ll be staying there anymore. I was disappointed. The picture on line was not the same. The other hotels

The T.V wasn’t working. I’ve never in my life even as a kid stayed at a hotel and didn’t have T.V I ordered a king size bed on line and when I got to the hotel the employee told me they don’t have any more. So I had to settle. I wasn’t up but I was a little disappointed.
The breakfast was horrible and the floor i stayed on was strong smell of marijuana.

The WiFi had a horribly weak signal. The TV was hard to operate and only had 6-7 channels none of which were networks. The noise from someone stomping around in the room above us kept us up most of night. The Breakfast consisted of watered down apple and orange juice, The milk for cold cereal was spoiled. There was no eggs or toast, bagels or muffins, which are the usual breakfast stuff at a hotel. When I brought these short comings the girls at the front desk they didn’t care and blew me off!!
