La ubicación, el personal, el desayuno y la terraza
Una pena que no tenga parking propio.
Dejamos el coche en uno público que hay cerca pero serÃa magnÃfico si tuvieran algún acuerdo y te ahorras algo, ya que los parkings son caros.

Staff wasn’t helpful (except the reception employee on the morning I left) and I didn’t like the person behind the desk referring to the older man who carried my suitcase ‘bag boy’
We liked the rooftop bar and Julio, who looked after us on two occasions was excellent. He was attentive and helpful and also knowledgeable about the wine and other drinks.
The staff at breakfast were also very good and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice
There was a smell as you entered our room, number 5 in the apartments. Thankfully it did not linger in the room but was there every day. We did report it.
La ubicación es perfecta. Las habitación es amplia, asà como el cuarto de baño. En mi caso, tenÃa un pequeña terraza muy agradable. El desayuno estaba muy bien, pero no tiene tanta variedad como habÃa leÃdo. Todo muy rico. La decoración muy actual y moderna. Las personas en recepción muy amables.
Si vas en coche es complicado entrar, y tienes que pagar parking aparte.
En el desayuno no te dejan tostar pan, solo el de molde!!!! La planta 5ª es muy bonita, pero mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos,

The balcony was dirty and not as expected.
The hotel was ideal for my trip to Bologna for WDS. The location was excellent for sightseeing, the apartment was quiet and comfortable after long show days, and the equipped kitchen was very useful, even though in practice we mostly made good coffee and enjoyed wonderful Chinese food from the restaurant just across the road. It was also very important for me that the floor was tiled rather than carpeted, because in the summer heat it gave the dogs a cool place to rest. The air conditioning worked well, the bathroom and kitchen equipment were modern, and it really felt more like staying in a calm private apartment than in a crowded hotel.
The only real difficulty was that central Bologna has very few grassy areas or convenient dog-walking spots nearby. For a quick early-morning walk before the show, or a late-evening walk afterwards, the nearest suitable park was a bit too far. Also, because we were not staying on the ground floor, I had to carry show equipment up and down every day, although this was manageable and the dogs were perfectly happy using the elevator
