Bad bad service
Cons:

In apartment 5 min from hotel; staff person in charge of guiding us there was rude, did not wait, so 2 in party got lost on the way. Then confronted with manager this person lied to cover his actions.

Super nice hotel!
Pros:

All the staff was super friendly and very helpful with our stroller. We could leave it at the reception and take it whenever we needed it! The hotel is right in the centre and we could walk everywhere and reach our destinations within 10-15 minutes!

Pros:

Location is so easy to walk to the food district, the bus stop, the markets or the station.
The breakfast is exceptional and so are the girls in the breakfast restaurant. The next best thing is the rooftop bar views! Aldo is an absolute credit, his level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. The two young gentlemen who checked us in and out, were also so helpful and polite!

Cons:

The first cleaning service attended, not only touched the suitcases, but put stuff we had taken out, back in, zipped the bags and moved them within the room. I was so surprised to have had our bags moved and touched, and there was no door hanger to say “please don’t disturb” to communicate with the cleaning service. I did speak with the on duty staff, whilst made a note about no service for a couple of days, she didn’t seem to take any notice of the reasoning why.

Soggiorno breve ma perfetto! struttura collocata in una posizione tranquilla, ottima pulizia sia della camera che delle aree comuni e personale della reception estremamente cordiale, che ringrazio ancora per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.
Avevo la necessità di anticipare il check-in e di lasciare il mio bagaglio, così Mario e Andrea mi hanno dato la possibilità di effettuare la registrazione in mattinata e di affidarlo alla struttura finché la camera non sarebbe stata pronta, rispondendo appieno alle mie esigenze. Ho apprezzato molto anche il tempo speso per fornirmi alcune indicazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Lo straconsiglio, in primis per l’accoglienza, è importante :)
