Bon sejour meme si bout a bout (chambre, petit-dej et parking) pour ce tarif, on doit certainement trouver mieux
Pros:

La taille de la chambre, la gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

Le parking vendu dans la description de l’hôtel est tout petit (6 places) et payant en sus
Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas top (dans une cafétéria attenante à l’hôtel).
Le manque de crochets dans l’immense salle de bain (1 crochet pour 4 serviettes!).

Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et personnel sympathique mais déçu par le petit déjeuner et le manque de luminos
Pros:

Très bon emplacement pour circuler à pied dans la ville. Un bon choix de restaurant tout autour, la place Santa Lucia en face. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre sombre, frigo très bruyant pendant la nuit. L'eau de la piscine pas très propre. Le petit déjeuner très médiocre et le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très sympathique. Dommage car bel endroit, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et le personnel de l'hôtel très agréable.

Buen alojamiento en el centro historico de Merida
Pros:

La ubicacion, buenas habitaciones, estacionamiento propio (bajo disponibilidad). Habitacion 6 muy buena, la nro 3 mas pequeña.

Cons:

Deberian proveer agua, no dejan botellas en las habitaciones. Tampoco set para preparar cafe o te. Que no ofrezcan desayuno no positivo.

Always a pleasure coming back to this hotel
Pros:

We are frequent guests at this property…we enjoy the room size as well as the cleanliness. Small and appreciative things , like the AC being on when we arrive means a lot to us . Fridge already on and cold is also much appreciated.
It is also the comfort in knowing that our accommodation at Casa Lucia Boutique is a constant we can rely on.

Cons:

Silly little issue…we had to fight with the soap wrapper …that packaging is quite difficult to open.

Piscine dans le jardin est très agréable.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel but some of the room facilities could have been better
Pros:

The location is excellent, our room was pleasant, the AC worked welll, we liked the pool and the pool area. The staff at reception were really helpful.

Cons:

The room was dark with an odd assortment of lights with switches all over the room. There were no coffee making facilities. The safe was broken.

Perfekte Lage aber miserables Zimmer mit schrecklichen Matratzen

Der Charme des Gebäudes und die Lage sind wunderbar! Waren zu Silvester hier. Auf der Plaza vor dem Hotel gab es eine kleine Feier. Das war wunderschön!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Stadtblick und kleinem Balkon direkt auf die Straße. Das Personal war leider während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr desinteressiert. Der erste Eindruck des Zimmers jedoch positiv. Sehr geräumig und hell. Das Ganze wurde aber schnell von einem muffigen Geruch überschattet. Aus dem eigentlich recht stylischen Bad kam leider eine Wolke der Feuchtigkeit, die sich als schimmelartiger Geruch im gesamten Zimmer verbreitete. Das Bett hatte die schreckliste Matratze, die wir jemals in einem Hotel erleben durften. Es war dermaßen durchgelegen, dass wir nachts komplett darin versanken und am nächsten Tag mit massiven Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen hatten. Darüber hinaus hörte man im Zimmer die ganze Nacht lang ein penetrantes Surrgeräusch, dessen Herkunft sich nicht identifizieren lies. Vermutlich irgendwelche Generatoren oder Klimageräte am Dach des Hotels. Das hat uns leider zusätzlich den Schlaf geraubt. Mérida war wirklich wunderbar, die Lage des Hotels ebenso. Aufgrund des Zimmers und vor allem des Bettes waren wir aber trotzdem froh, dass wir nach 2 Nächten wieder abgereist sind.
