Drinks are a bit pricey for a Casino !
The view was good. And the small balcony was a bonus.
There was a very loud and foul party happening at the end of the corridor untill 1am

Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful . Good location - close to everything - but also nice & quiet . Very clean . It was nice to have the Casino where there was live entertainment most nights - which was fun !! Rooms were very spacious & beds were comfortable.
This is NOT a 5 star hotel! Although the rooms are spacious & clean - they are VERY old & in desperate need of an upgrade ! Carpets were stained & shutters all needed replacing BADLY ! Also - the TV was very small & dated. The swimming pool area is quite nice - however the spa pool was cool (not warm ) and the Sauna is outdated & needs replacing . We did NOT feel that this hotel represents good value for money & we were very disappointed as this was going to be a little 'treat ' for us ! Based on the above we would not recommend this Hotel & will not be staying here again ! It is definitely time for a MAJOR refurbishment- or - the cost per night should be lowered to reflect the standard.

No kitchen facilities in the unit, although staff did organize a microwave oven for us.
The outdoor balcony could have been set up nicely rather than a neglected area.
Nice hotel at a great location. Just a stone's throwaway from the market and the pier. Lot of restaurants and bars around. Staff is helpful and very courteous. The casino is great too.
The balcony doors and the room door are not able to control the lights coming from outside. There is not enough darkness in the room, at night and the morning light creeps in making it quite bright.
The Reef Hotel Casino is beautiful inside, staff are very polite with an old school etiquette and class. Location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and marina. Rooms were very comfortable, beds were comfortable, offering a variety of pillows.
Food choices is very limited, breakfast was a bit poor. The only thing that fails this hotel is the food choice.
Great location and light, bright rooms
The reception area is weird and not welcoming with staff seated behind desks. The rooms are a bit tired with peeling paint and maintenance issues on show. The breakfast area is completely without any character and looks like it was placed in a convenient hallway. Some staff were a bit abrupt and acted like they weren’t that happy to see/serve you.
