Loved staying at the Pullman Reef. We will be back.

It had everything we needed and more. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Attention to detail was very appreciated.

Very convenient, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location was great. The room was very spacious and mostly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower could do with a deep clean of the mould on the grouting. Pillows were not the best for my liking though there was a variety to chose from. Service of room on both days was not done until after 3 pm - by this stage we had been out for the day and returned for a rest and shower before heading out though room was not serviced so had to wait. With the cost of the room (which we stayed for 3 nights) you would think that car parking would be included but it was extra.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Good location.

Cons:

It could get a bit noisy from the street and we could hear the toilet running all night. Other than that, it was great.

There was nothing that I didn’t like
I would have prefer a buffet breakfast

Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel. Walking distance to the wharf. Hotel staffs are friendly. Love the hotel breakfast, it’s delicious.

Cons:

We stayed on the second floor. So we can heard the traffic and people shouting occasionally at night. Overall, it’s still bearable.
