Pros:

Staff we so friendly room was fabulous. We had the rooftop with a pool.
There was scaffolding up, which was a shame but could not be helped. The hotel let us know in advance and offered a small discount.

We would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money and very friendly staff.

La recepcionista del domingo a las 14: horas cuando me estaba registrando para el dúplex reservado me pidió una tarjeta como garantía y en ése momento no la tenía disponible le dije que en un rato se la proporcionaba y no supo buscar una solución solamente se dedicó a decir que no podía registrarme y ya había pagado el dúplex en efectivo.
La pedí la devolución del importe y me lo entrego sin más se lo pedí para ver si tenía capacidad para resolver ese problema menor de la tarjeta de garantía y no supo al momento le volví a pagar y me pidió 50 euros de fianza.
Creo que este hotel tiene muchas soluciones para resolver problemas menores.
No se puede permitir que un cliente se vaya por no saber resolver está anécdota
