Very clean - excellent breakfast
Very friendly staff, location, breakfast
Nothing really
I cannot praise the Glendower highly enough ! We stayed last night for Lytham festival and from the moment we checked in we were so impressed. We arrived early and asked if we were okay to park in the car park and were told that they would check if our room was ready, it was, so we were able to check in and have a look round before the festival. The staff were amazing, everyone was so professional and so friendly, especially Hailey in the bar and restaurant who chatted to us about Teddy Swims and was just lovely. Hope we have your name right 🥰 The food was fantastic and the late night pizza ! Not only is that a genius idea, serving till 1am in the bar after the festival, but they were so tasty ! After waiting for an Uber for an hour and a half, to get back to the hotel and have the option of home made pizza was brilliant. We booked a compact double but it was fine for us as we were out and about most of the time. The breakfast was exceptional ! The service was second to none, I can honestly say that everyone we came across was so professional, so friendly and it really does make a difference. The hotel is beautiful, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much.
Lovely hotel, staff great. Food good service good. Bar staff went above and brought drinks outside. Spotless
The stairs, I have a chest condition which makes my breathing difficult, so the stairs nearly killed me. I was not warned before we came or I would have changed hotels.
Loved the beds, really lovely bed linen and mattress was comfy. Towels very fluffy. Bathroom had walk in shower which was great. Stayed in executive twin, and very large room with fab sea view.
Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included, was table service and beautifully cooked and presented
Shower would of benefitted from shower mat as it was a bit slippy when wet. Stayed to attend the Lytham Festival so was a bit too far from the venue but that was down to my poor planning
Older hotel in good location. We had a large comfortable room with a sea view. We arrived after a long day of traveling and enjoyed a light bite in the bar before retiring to our room. Very comfortable king size bed. We had a good breakfast before departing.
We have to drag our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. Later we investigated and found a lift at the other end of the hotel which we used when we left.
Lovely hotel stunning views great location
Nothing
Had a family room which was good had two separate room
However one room was just scaffolding out side and 2nd room nothing to see
The ceilings had a lot of stains on them looked like there had been a leak at some point
It was clean and modern
Breakfast was table service my friends said the full breakfast was nice
I just had continental
There was EV charging and enough parking spaces
For us it was the distance to the town
I know it says 9 mins in a taxi and one hour to walk
We attended the festival and really struggled getting back the hotel there were no taxis and it was raining and winding
We ending up jumping on a bus and hoping it was going by our hotel
Good location. Lovely sea views
Good location and view from bedroom. Breakfast was tasty.
Slow service at breakfast, not enough staff. We have stayed here a few times and have not encountered this before.
Good food attentive staff
Very welcoming
Room comfortable
Safe car parking which was reassuring
For a one night stay everything was adequate for our needs
Excellent location. A traditional seaside hotel that has been sympathetically modernised.Even though it’s on the seafront, it is quiet at night.
Liked everything.
Great location and good breakfast with friendly staff
No view from room and noisy pigeons roosting right outside windows kept us awake all night
Great location and very nice hotel
Nothing
