Dog friendly
The room was up and down stairs not good for a small dog.

Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Exterior Hand Rail would be better extended right to door entry to assist less able guests in negotiating upwards slope.
It was all really nice especially Judith on the front desk who was very friendly and made us feel so welcome and was always happy to have a chat.
That you can't lock the doors from the inside, as my 6 year old likes to try and escape.
