I had booked a superior room, but I got a room with a sink next to the bed and with torn towels.

Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat la marginea centrului vechi,chiar lângă clădirea parlamentului,deci o zona centrala dar liniștită și sigură. Recent renovat,deci confortabil si bine izolat pentru un somn odihnitor.

Cons:

Deși este un hotel de cinci stele, aș spune mai degrabă un hotel bun,de patru stele. Piscina este mai degrabă pt sport decât pt relaxare. Apa are 1,1 metri,lățime de 1,5-2 metri si este rece.

Great location

Cons:

The facilities in the bathroom were broken and I ended up injuring myself. Also blood on the walls. Was charged €50 deposit for mini bar which was meant to be returned to my bank account but never was even tho mini bar was never touched.

Hotelli oli viihtyisä. Huoneet oli siistit. Vuoteet oli erinomaiset. Ilmastointi toimi moitteetta. Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatka vanhankaupungin keskustaan ja nähtävyyksille oli sopiva.
Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Taksit ei pääse hotellin eteen, koska hotelli diblomaattialueella ja poliisit paikalla kaiken aikaa. Tullessa bolt- kuskimme yritti ajaa hotellin eteen ja sakot sai 😉
Aamiaisella valikoima oli riittävä, mutta lämpimät ruuat oli joka aamu kylmiä, koska tarjoilupöydässä ei ollut lämpölinjastoa.

Die Lage ist super, die Mitarbeiter an der Bar sind sehr aufmerksam

Cons:

Wir konnten – mit einem müden Kleinkind – erst um 15:20 Uhr einchecken. Als Anregung für die Rezeption: Wenn Gästen während einer längeren Wartezeit ein Kaffee oder ein anderes Getränk angeboten würde, wäre das Warten deutlich angenehmer.

Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht, die überraschend unterschiedlich in Größe und Ausstattung waren. In einem Zimmer gab es beispielsweise keine Ablagefläche im Bad und aufgrund des offenen Raumkonzepts keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Ein anderes Zimmer verfügte über keine Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne, was die Nutzung sehr unpraktisch machte.

Im Frühstücksraum war es unangenehm kalt. Das Frühstücksangebot war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings wurden sämtliche Speisen nur kalt angeboten.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarten würde.

Deluxe Double room- 4 night stay at Pullman Riga Old town
Pros:

We had a positive experience at Pullman Riga. The service was consistently warm and attentive, and the location made exploring the city effortless. Our bed was comfortable with great pillows and strong shower pressure, and the spa offered a calm, elegant atmosphere — even with a smaller pool.

We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and fruits for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s architecture and overall vibe felt refined and relaxing.

A practical note: cars are not allowed on the hotel’s street, and Riga doesn’t have Uber — only Bolt and local taxis. Even they can’t enter the street, and food delivery can’t access it either. You’ll need to walk across the park or from the next street, about five minutes.Overall, a lovely stay.

Cons:

Several elements didn’t meet expectations, and the hotel didn’t deliver the premium experience we were hoping for. Our Deluxe Double room 2nd floor had a stuffy, old smell, the layout was impractical, and there was nowhere to place a suitcase. The inner‑courtyard view should be avoided, and the room simply didn’t feel deluxe.

We also couldn’t watch Formula 1 on the TV or in the lounge, as the hotel doesn’t offer the channel — surprising for a 4‑star property. Amenities didn’t match the premium experience advertised, and overall the value for money wasn’t there.Breakfast at €20 felt overpriced, drinks at the bar were expensive, and the bar’s short opening hours didn’t help. The overall vibe was dull. Room and service were underwhelming, and the hotel didn’t feel worth the price.

Pros:

Viihtyisä hotelli mainiolla sijainnilla kun vanha kaupunki kiinnosti. Aamiainen oli pettymys kun pekoni, munakkaat ja paistetut kananmunat oli kylmiä. Tämä toistui kolmena peräkkäisenä aamuna, eli talon tapa. Saunassa ei voinut heittää löylyä. Pelkkä kuiva sauna matalalla lämmöllä ei itseäni miellytä.

Lovely comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location on the edge of the old town and by main tram lines. Very atttractive hotel - old building but very well modernised. Room and bed super comfortable - spacious and high quality linen and towels. Bar and lounge areas were funky. Good breakfast. Nice gym and small spa. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Nothing except the ‘sensor’ based hairdryers were very hard to use and to adjust. Even after being shown by house keeping I couldn’t work it, keep it going or adjust the temperature. Too complex.

This is not five stars hotel, it is an average four stars hotel. The loby looks nice but the rest is bellow average.

Cons:

Room is very poor for “five star” hotel. You can not approach hotel by the car since the street is closed for trafic but at the booking page is not mentioned at all.

Fun hotel, with nice small pool, in great area for siteseeing.
Pros:

Great location on the edge of old town, near sites and restaurants and a small market. Small, but relaxing pool/spa area with nice light and view. Refreshments in the lobby. Good customer service. Luggage storage.

Cons:

Our room faced an inner walkway, where other people would pass, so we felt like we were in a small closed box and had to keep our curtains closed. Room felt pretty sterile, no art or items to soften it.

Cons:

Vasarā varētu pagarināt SPA zonas darbības laiku vismaz līdz pl.22.00. Nummuriņā varēja būt jaudīgāks matu fēns.
