A Well-Located Hotel with Lovely Staff, Though Privacy, Noise, and Parking Were Issues
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, offering direct access to the heart of the Old Town. The lobby area has been beautifully renovated and creates a great first impression. The property is clean, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the breakfast selection is excellent.

Cons:

The room layout was very poorly designed. The bathroom sink was positioned seemingly in the middle of the room, with the shower directly behind it, which offered very little privacy when changing if more than one person was staying in the room.

The room walls were extremely thin. I could clearly hear my neighbor walking, talking, and using the bathroom, as though they were on the other end of my room rather than seperated by a wall.

Parking: The hotel notes that the Pullman does not have its own parking garage and instead recommends the Jekaba Arkade parking lot located behind the hotel. While this arrangement is understandable, it should be clearly communicated that the hotel does not provide a pass for re-entry. Guests traveling by car should be aware that each time they leave the garage, they must pay and pull a new ticket upon returning. In my experience, this resulted in parking costs significantly exceeding the €24 per day advertised by the hotel.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ruhig, Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr aufmerksamen Service. Große & bequeme Betten mit genug Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Jeden Tag bekommt man frisch aufgefüllte Wasserflaschen. Top ausgestatteter Fitnessraum. Sehr schöner Blick über Riga vom Poolbereich, dieser ist auch bequem ausgestattet mit Liegen & Sesseln.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider relativ dunkel. Der Pool ist zu schmal um richtig zu schwimmen.

Liker ikke at dusj og vaskeservant ikke er i samme rom. Det ble ikke printet ut en regning da vi sjekket ut av hotellet.

Excellent
Pros:

Very cute modern hotel in a perfect location for walking around Old Town. Staff was super nice. Beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

Loved it but the only thing I’d change is that we could hear the music/vibrations from the speakers at bar/lobby until after 2am and from breakfast area in the morning. It wasn’t super loud that it prevented us from sleeping but it was definitely loud enough to notice.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel in an excellent location in the Old Town. Very clean room, excellent wifi, and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Läget, relaxen, frukosten, frukost och restaurangpersonalens service samt den vackra arkitekturen i lobbyn och restaurangen.

Cons:

Rummet vägde inte alls upp till vår förväntning. Till att börja med saknas ett separat badrum. Då det dessutom luktade avlopp från duschen spred det sig till resten av rummet. Sängen var även för hård samt att delar av rummet kändes allmänt trist och sterilt och inte vad man förväntar sig av ett hotell med 5 stjärnor vilket är synd när resten av upplevelsen var bra.

Förstår inte att man skriva att det finns ett spa på hotellet när det är en smal pool och en relax hörna med utsikt rakt in i ett plåttak - golvet var rena isbanan när det blev blött

Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä, valikoimaa ei ollut mielinmäärin, mutta siihen kuului tilattavat munakkaat, avokadoleivät, vohvelit yms. Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa oli ihan loistava. Autolla ei pääse ihan perille asti, taksi jättää parin sadan metrin päähän.

Cons:

Huoneeseen olisimme kaivanneet vähän enemmän ripustustilaa, esim. Pyyhkeille ja kylpytakeille. Suihkuseinän oven tiiviste valskasi, joten muu kylpyhuone lainehti suihkun jälkeen.

Good location, but with disappointments
Pros:

Great location for walking - but they did not warn that drop-off and pickup are restricted as the hotel is in a permit-only zone. I had to lug my suitcase across cobblestone streets for quite some distance on both days. (Despite trying to coordinate a pickup permit with staff.)
Service was lacking during my stay. Rooms are basic and did not have amenities that I generally receive at other Pullmans. Check-in and check-out were both delayed due to only one staff for a line of guests. No ALL/Accor priority check-in or express key drop, and my Platinum loyalty status was not acknowledged at all.

Pros:

Good gym

Cons:

The lamps next to the bed were to far to reach from the bed -poorly constructed. There was only a hand held shower and bathtub in the room, I really think most prefer a proper shower. The room had no windows although superior- I don’t see how you can call a windowless room superior
