Paid for breakfast to be included and there was NO BREAKFAST on SUNDAYS. Very disappointing. I was also very congested….my guess is there was a dog in my room the night before. Location was excellent.

Amazing location! So easy to walk around the city from here. Comfortable beds, nicely renovated room. I liked the decor. Love that it’s pet friendly. Had an issue w/a charge but got it sorts after a call and an emails. I hadn’t realized breakfast NOT included. It seemed other guests misunderstood that as well. My fault for not reading more closely but seems atypical for Hilton garden properties in my experience.

Nice downtown location stay
Pros:

Nice downtown location. Needs a bit of an update to the room but it’s clean & their registration & valet was straightforward & accommodating. Better pillows with some head support would be nice & 2-ply tp is always easy upgrades to do - just sayin!

Very disappointed in the maintenance staff

The rooms were clean

Cons:

The maintenance man that questioned me while in the hot tub with 3 other guests and my grandchildren. Told me I could not drink alcohol in the hot tub. I was drinking a Pepsi in a plastic cup. No justification whatsoever. Just rude and never even asked what I was drinking
