A fantastic time and we will definitely be back
Pros:

Had an absolutely wonderful time. My sister and I have traveled up to Portsmouth every year together for a girl's night for over a decade now. We have tried multiple hotels, typically a different one every year. Last year we booked this one and couldn't wait to go back again this year. We are also talking about adding a winter trip just because we love the hotel so much! A pool/hot tub is very important to us and we love the facilities. The location is unbeatable for shopping/dining. The rooms are perfect and perfectly comfortable. The staff were all wonderful. And even though we haven't traveled with our dogs here we are always delighted to see so many other dogs around and even staying at the hotel. Absolutely 10/10!

Cons:

I do wish the breakfast was either a little less expensive or had a little more to offer... We have gone out to breakfast instead because for practically the same price you can get a much better meal downtown. Not a deal breaker by any means but it is the one thing we would change

Clean, Quiet stay
Pros:

We stayed for one night on the way to Maine. It’s a nice hotel and a great location. We could walk to many restaurants, stores and coffee shops. It seemed a little pricy but was in line with other hotels in the area. They only have valet parking and it was pricy but again in line with others in the area.
