En el front desk, algunos de los agentes tuvieron mala disposición. Les falta entrenamiento en servicio al cliente. Las habitaciones son extremadamente calientes. La neverita no servía; al solicitar arreglo, manifestaron que no había ni repuesto ni alguien que la arreglara. Hubo otros clientes que se quejaron de lo mismo.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location and views. Awesome staff. Easy access to taxis - 7 minutes to downtown.

Cons:

Breakfast had limited hot choices. An egg station could help. Also menu choices in the restaurant were limited for vegetarian folks.

In die Jahre gekommen und sehr unflexibel weit ausserhalb der Stadt
Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit einer Sauna; diese ist aber schon sicher viele Monate nicht mehr in Betrieb.
Kurz gesagt der Spa ist vollkommen veraltet.
Das Hotel wird geführt wie zu Kaisers Zeiten; extrem steif und es gibt keine Abweichung von den Regeln.
Verlangt also niemals einen späteren check out; er wird einfach wegen der Regel nicht gewährt.
So ist es mit allen Dingen.
Zudem ist das Hotel ausserhalb der Stadt; das Zentrum ist so weit weg, dass man auf den Hotel-Transfer oder den
Leihwagen angewiesen ist.
Alles in allem ist auch wenn das Personal nett ist, ist die Art wie das Hotel geführt wird nicht kundenorientiert
Man sieht auch nie einen Manager; das Hotel hat kein Gesicht

Die Aussicht ist wirklich grandios!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, für diesen Preis sollte es mehr bieten. Toller Wellnessbereich, aber Dampfsauna war kalt und Finnische Sauna defekt.

Our stay in April 2025. Just the beginning of Fall and getting colder by the day! The hotel is atop an amazing hillock!!

The hotel is atop a hill facing the massive Argentino lake. The view by day and night is just outstanding. The staff need to be trained in courtesy and customer service especially the dining area staff! They had no smile on their faces. The tongs used for cold cut meats were being used for tomato slices. There was no live counter for eggs etc. All the items were cold and very unpalatable in the cold weather

Out of the Way and Tired
Pros:

This hotel is so old! NOTHING has been done to make improvements since it was built. The carpets are stained. The furniture is fabric and hasn't been changed. The bed is lumpy, and the pillows were hard as a rock. The food in the restaurant is not good. Breakfast is ridiculous with canned fruit cocktail and peaches, which I haven't seen since a child. It is also very expensive. Some of the staff is pleasant, some quite disagreeable. It is a hefty price to get to the downtown. They have a shuttle, but it doesn't run until 3:30pm! There aren't many options if staying here. I'd still check for something downtown to save a lot of time and expense.
