Noisy,scruffy and leaks
Pros:

First room seemed fine but we had to change rooms because water had blown the electrics.
I went down to reception to let them know the electric was off in our room, as I was being sorted a guy comes to the reception and the staff member stopped serving me to see to the other guy,
I was given another room,the window wouldn’t close and the room was next to a night club,no way could we sleep it was so loud,so I went back to reception and we was given another room,it was red hot in there.Im sorry,Iv been to the Scarisbrick several times and I won’t be using that hotel again.

My stay was good and pleasant ,, as i had experienced before ....
Pros:

The room was good ,,, and the price was also good ...... I have stayed at this same hotel last year ,,, so i knew what to expect .....
The hotel is old and grand ,, with each hotel room has a modern type clean bathroom ,, the rooms are good , and the staff are helpful and nice ,,,, the value for money is quite good ,,,,,, so i have zero complaints .....
The hotel has scattered seperate parking areas ,, which seem to fill up ,,,,, but i was still able to find a free parking spot on each of my visits ....

Pros:

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are adequate and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

There are no dislikes about the property but Southport council needs to address the licensing issues of the local bars playing loud music until 4:30am. The staff are aware of the problem but the council has its head in the sand. Such a shame for the surrounding businesses.
