The location is good.

Cons:

I went without TV for 3 days after asking for help from the front desk. Had to call direct TV an research myself to get back on. The entire Studio 6 building is infested with roaches. Water issues. No linens ever. Police every day. As a manager or owner you should care about the guest experiences. But they dont. Especially when people on extended stay pay so much. MOTEL 6 CORPERATE also doesn't care. All their hotels are shit and ran by people who could care less. If so many people wasnt relying on this establishment for a place to stay I would have already called code enforcement. Because this is ridiculous. Does anyone even care? ALSO you can't walk around barefoot or you get grocery store feet. If it wasnt for Pets free I wouldn't be here. Someone should care about the issues with motel 6 and management or franchises. And by the way I have stayed at another "pets stay free property" and they charged me just as much me as for the dogs as myself. They should be a class action lawsuit against the false advertising and booking shouldn't even have them on their site or for that matter any other booking hub.

Didn't like anything about it
Checked out after seeing the room

Cons:

Stinky cigarette and musty smell room was dirty, very horrible lumpy bed! Also didn't feel safe with lots of drug addicts there.

Room had roaches. NO batteries in smoke alarm. Dirty floor. Last time I stayed for months the my bathroom flooded and was left looking like a construction zone and they expected for me to clean up. Multiple days spent without water. Told the owner and the only thing I was offered was for him to show me more rooms. I should have had some kind of compensation for the troubles and all the issues at the property.

The rooms have roaches. The buildings are constantly flooding. The police banging on your doors doing room checks. Front desk is no help at all. They can't keep employees. Ibe stayed here this summer and recently came back. The room I'm in not is horrible. NO batteries in smoke alarm. Oh yeah when the rooms flood from busted pipes the water gets shut off for at least 4-5 hours. Don't recommend.

Well let’s see. When I pulled in the parking lot I said well l can deal with the pump and the hooker. Even the guy on the stoop smoking Dope. But when the Cock roaches woke me up Asking for food! I mean crawling all over me!!! That’s when I had to Go! I was there a total of 1.5 hours and they charged me a full night!!!! Never will I stay at this Roach infested DUMP again!

No there is dog poop all over the property
Pros:

I biked my room paid for it when I went to the front desk the girl at front desk told me would not be renting tome because of the complaints she said they got several complaints , that was the first time I was made aware of this. I was rushed out, my husband missed work. We come down to the office every morning well before the expected check out time and not once did she mention a complaint.

Cons:

The only thing I liked was that my dog could stay for free
