Well let’s see. When I pulled in the parking lot I said well l can deal with the pump and the hooker. Even the guy on the stoop smoking Dope. But when the Cock roaches woke me up Asking for food! I mean crawling all over me!!! That’s when I had to Go! I was there a total of 1.5 hours and they charged me a full night!!!! Never will I stay at this Roach infested DUMP again!

Non-smoking rooms were very much smoked in.
Infested with cockroaches. Hundreds of them.
Sewage/drainage was flooding the room from underneath the floor

It was a lot of cockroaches everywhere
I biked my room paid for it when I went to the front desk the girl at front desk told me would not be renting tome because of the complaints she said they got several complaints , that was the first time I was made aware of this. I was rushed out, my husband missed work. We come down to the office every morning well before the expected check out time and not once did she mention a complaint.
The only thing I liked was that my dog could stay for free
Nothing about the property was likable. It’s dirty on the inside has roaches crawling everywhere and the housekeepers don’t clean the rooms nor change sheets. They took my money for a night even though I checked out as quick as I checked in. I haven’t received my money back which I feel if I paid instantly I should have to wait days later to receive my money back.
The staff were no help what so ever. The lady who checked me in came to my room after I told her I was checking out rushing me even though she’d already charged me for a night anyway. They smell very bad and from the looks of it the area isn’t a great area to be in.
I honestly can say I didn’t really like anything. I’m not one to complain, but this place is complete false advertisement.
When I first pulled in, the people staying there were outside like it was their personal neighborhood. They had dogs everywhere, people were smoking and drinking, someone had their car open with music just playing while enjoying a beer from their porch. I get it, sometimes people have to live in these places due to hard times or whatever the condition may be. But it’s very unfair and inconvenient for people who are vacationing. The pictures on the website need to be updated. The outside and inside is very run down. I can tell by just how the people were outside and the condition of the outside I didn’t just get a “bad” room. There was mold and mildew around the toilet , my shower was filthy and very run down, pieces of my floorboard in the bathroom was broken off and hanging, the kitchen area had food stains splattered on the walls, the ac was covered in filth and looked like food crumbs, the walls in the bedroom area had dirty hand prints and coloring on the walls. I tried to be as nice as I could, and the staff made me feel as my concerns were complaints. It was very hectic trying to get a refund. Even though I did not stay or use anything in the room, I was still charged for one night.

Disgusting and no resolution I’ve move to 3 different rooms all were disgusting
It was cheap and comfy
It was loud outside in the mornings, so for night workers it's not the best.
Bugs were a major problem. We must have killed at least 50 little roach type
