Step above 'cheap and cheerful'. Great location! Fundamentals done well. A bit dated otherwise.
Pros:

The Location is perfect. Really easy driving distance to all the places we had planned to go. Pretty much walking distance to any CBD activities. Valet Parking was easy and secure and at $40 per day cost less and was a lot less worry than trying to find parks elsewhere. Check in and out was simple. Shower was INCREDIBLE we would stay here again just for the shower water pressure. Housekeeping service was great. Room was super warm and clean. View was kinda cute from our room sky tower on one side and a sliver of harbour on the other. Very Quiet. Bed was warm and comfy.

Cons:

The decor is very dated. Stained sofa made me a bit uncomfortable so we covered it with the throw from the bed before sitting on it. Contact stuck on the table in what seemed like an attempt to modernise was coming off. The washer/dryer in the room was an absolute farce! 12 hours for one small load and nothing was even remotely dry by the end. But over all was really quite pleasant. The fundamentals were well covered! Everything could just use a bit of an update.

TV didn’t work properly and couldn’t be fixed. Everything else was awesome and the staff were super helpful

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

I was a little bit nervous about staying here as the reviews were so conflicting but we had the most wonderful stay! We stayed in a 2 bedroom executive apartment. The rooms were comfortable, staff were great, view was incredible and the breakfast was delicious. Only a 10 minute walk to the bottom of Queen street and it was so quiet. We didn't hear anything. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Only negative was the wifi wasn't very good but we all had lots of data so just used that, no problem!

Pros:

Location and size of the two bedroom units were great

Cons:

Multiple attempts to get the dishwasher looked at, staying for a week and it wasn't fixed. Even the effort to get a plug so we could wash the dishes was a mission

Valet parking and restaurant is great, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

We had to call reception and ask for an extra blanket as their were only summer sheets on the bed, one of the beds had a fold in the mattress so felt like your legs were higher than the rest of your body

Broken bed , dispointed to say the least
Pros:

I didnt enjoy staying here at all

Cons:

We paid for a executive room it wasn't cleaned properly one of our beds was broken and when I told them they didnt care at all or give refund or nothing we ended up having to sleep on one bed be cause of this. Lady at reception didnt even say sorry about it or nothing . Highly disappointed
