U ovom Hilton hotelu sam doživjela posebno loše iskustvo, dosad neviđeno u mojih 30 godina prakse, a moj posao je hotelijerstvo i turizam. prilikom rezervacije hotela 5630896340 odabrana je opcija noćenja bez doručka uz ponudu doplate doručka u hotelu u iznosu od 18 US$. kad sam zatražila doručak u hotelu po oglašenoj cijeni i onoj koja mi je u potvrdi rezervacije napisana, doživjela sam vrlo loše ophođenje prema gostu bez ikakvog razgovora ili izvinjenja te su mi drsko odbili nadoplatu jer nemaju doručak kakav oglašavaju, upućena sam u restoran na 7 kat na doručak po narudžbi, koji sam na kraju platila nikad više u svom životu, 70 US$. doručak je bio srednje loš, konobar vrlo mrzovoljan i neljubazan. pored svega navedenog ovdje se radi o kršenju prava potrošača i takvoj prevari oblašavanja na booking.com tako savjetujem gostima koji odaberu ovaj brend hotela a i rezervaciju preko ove platforme ta razmisle o drugim opcijama. recenzije su vrlo loše i NE preporučujem ovaj hotel. osoblje na recepciji je vrlo neljubazno i nezainteresirano. aparat za kafu u sobi neispravan. baterija na vratima sobe za ulaz karticom prazna tako da sam se morala vratiti 2 puta sa 21 kata na recepciju da se to popravi kako bi ušla u sobu. sat budilica alarm u sobi podešen je na 6 sati ujutro od prethodnoh gosta te me je budio 2 jutra uzastopno, jer nije resetiran prilikom pripremanja za novog gosta i spremanja sobe. užas za mene jer sam promijenila vremenske zone i jos dodatno kad uspijem spavati budi me alarm u sobi koja nije uređena za novog gosta.
zbog lokacije, vjere u reputaciju Hilton hotela kao i platforme Booking.com sam bila rezervirala ovaj hotel, ali vjerujte da u okolici ovog hotela ima puno dobrih opcija. zaobiđite ovaj.
We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent — close enough to all the main attractions, yet far enough from the crowds and noise of Times Square to provide a more relaxing atmosphere. It was easy to explore the city while still having a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.
The only drawback was the room size. Travelers with multiple large suitcases may find the space somewhat limited, making it a bit challenging to move around comfortably.
Location and cleanliness are the best features
You can hear everything that goes on outside your room in the corridor, whoever stays next door, and even outside on the streets so don’t expect a good nights sleep, this had nothing to do with the staff, they allowed us to move rooms which showed how good of a service they gave.

After some awful experience with another hotel in NY this time I've decided to stay at one of the Hilton. At least you know what to expect, nothing special, but also nothing awful, just good hotel for few days in really good location for my plans.
One elevator was out of order whole week creating a long waiting line on every floor, annoying.
