Nice hotel, and the high light was definitely the pool which was enormous and kid friendly as well. Other highlight is the breakfast buffet that has a great variety of options that rotates throughout the week. Great that they have plenty of health options as well. We used the buffet at night as well twice and the variety was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The cleanliness. The room we were staying in is outdated. Having carpet in the room I understand it makes it more difficult to clean and the room was dusty. Also we noted the corridors were not well cleaned with seeing debris left throughout our 5 day stay.

Muy mal servicio, nunca me organizaron el teléfono, se demoraron en ponerme el minibar, pedí un room service desde la recepción que se demoro casi 2 horas en llegar.

Las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno variado. Una amplia piscina y un happy hour muy bueno disponible al final del día. Es un hotel viejo pero con buen mantenimiento. Excelente relación calidad/precio.

Cons:

La habitación muy amplia pero le hacia falta mobiliario. En el baño había tina y recomendaría algún dispositivo de seguridad para poder entrar y salir, se vuelve incómodo o peligroso para adultos mayores y niños.

Esta muy viejo y descuidado. Deben darle un buen lavado de cara. Muebles viejisimos en las habitaciones aunque algo positivo que el aire acondicionado es una maravilla. Creo es un hotel con gran potencial pero muy descuidado

Zonas sociales, gimnasio y pistas de tenis, trato amable del personal y buen aire acondicionado

Cons:

Las habitaciones del piso 4 están desactualizadas, todo roto, no había minibar en mi habitación, no funcionaba el teléfono para conectar con administración o con servicio de habitaciones. Una pena que tengan así un hotel tan bonito...
