Pros:

Tots els serveis de l'hotel eren molt complerts, el menjar abundant i força complerts i variats. El tracte del personal, tan de recepció com de menjador com de neteja va ser excel·lent.
Els llits eren molt còmodes i l'habitació complerta.
El parking situat al costat del hotel tenia suficient espai per molt de cotxes i tot i que no és del propi hotel, està situat molt a prop.

Cons:

Tal vegada vam trobar a faltar mes varietat amb el menjar sense gluten. Era final de temporada i ja no tenien gaire coses però per esmorzar si que tenien oferta. En el sopar si que tot estava identificat però no hi ha possibilitat d'assegurar el 100% lliure de gluten perquè es tracta d'un buffet lliure.
Les begudes extres són cares.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este hotel en Salou. Desde el primer momento la atención ha sido impecable: todo el personal nos ha tratado con una amabilidad, cercanía y predisposición fantásticas, dándonos muchísimas facilidades. Te hacen sentir como en casa.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y súper bien cuidadas. La zona de spa es perfecta para desconectar un rato. En cuanto al buffet, destacar la limpieza absoluta y la gran variedad de comida que ofrecen cada día. Además, si vais con niños, la animación es estupenda y se lo pasan en grande.
¡Una relación calidad-precio inmejorable 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼! Sin duda, un hotel para repetir y recomendar a todo el mundo.

Bon séjour , nous reviendrons encore (c'est la 3éme fois) que nous venons au Golden .
Pros:

Repas excellents , choix et cuisinés . Petit déj' , beaucoup de choix , viennoiseries délicieuses .

Cons:

Le prix des consommations si on n'est pas en all inclusive (5 euros un Ricard ou un Martini ? ) pourrait étre un peu revu à la baisse......

Nos gustó todo. Habitacion cómoda y nueva. Piscina cubierta bastante amplia y con un jacuzzi, sin pago y pueden entrar niños acompañados. Volveremos.

Excellent choice for the purpose of the trip, visiting Port Aventura and Ferrari land.
Pros:

Very spacious room. Super clean.
Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Food very good.
Travelled with 3 children, ages 10, 6,6. The two younger ones loved the kids club,and discos, Older one enjoyed the football,playing pool and the quizzes.

Cons:

Pools were cold but considering it was the end of October was to be expected.
Too many palm trees that blocked the sun, had to keep moving to different sun beds.

Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve sur une rue calme, la plage n'est pas loin à pied, passer par la rue piétonne, des commerces... c'est agréable !
Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont fabuleux, il y a du choix, bien présenté, plein de variétés, des bons produits.
La chambre est propre, j'arrive pas régler le thermostat, un peu frais mais il y a des couettes en plus.
Le spa est excellent, offert avec un achat d'un massage (massage californien est sublime, à recommander ! Merci les 2 dames masseuses).
Soirée animée avec le déguisement d'Halloween, l'hôtel est décoré aussi, très sympa !
Le personnel est agréable, souriant et accueillant.

Cons:

Pas assez de porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. après la douche, les serviettes sont mouillées pas de place pour les étendre. (surtout une chambre pour 3 personnes).

Cons:

La piscine intérieure, Impossible d'en profiter et se détendre car trop de monde pour une piscine aussi petite, les enfants sautés sur nous, certains étaient habillés
