Highly recommend this hotel for its views, location & proximity to a lovely walled ancient city.
Pros:

The location is great. A pool, delicious breakfast included, great service & amazing views.

Cons:

This is a slightly dated hotel but the staff & location made up for any outdated decor.

Pros:

Alojamiento perfecto para descansar con piscina y un desayuno muy bueno con muchísima variedad y a tan sólo 10 minutos andando del centro. La habitación y las instalaciones súper limpias y el personal tanto en recepción como en el bar de la piscina han sido muy amables en todo momento.

Prima hotel op een toplocatie. Geweldig ontbijt.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel, vooral bij de receptie maar ook bij het ontbijt. Erg behulpzaam.
Wij hadden het geluk een kamer te hebben met een schitterend uitzicht.
Bij het zwembad is het heerlijk ontspannen. Geen “handdoekje leggen”.

Cons:

Kamertje was erg klein maar dat wisten we van tevoren.
Badkamer was ook piepklein achter een spiegel schuifdeur.
Tip voor directie: haal “waarschuwingsbriefje” uit minibar en laat gewoon toe dat de gasten hun eigen flesje water of frisdrank koel zetten.

Alles was top ! Heerlijke ontbijt! Goede bedden, mooi balkon aan de kamers.

Pros:

Hotel je na krásnom mieste v historickom mestečku San Gimignano. Veľmi pekná upravená záhrada a bazén sú viac menej dominantou hotela. Okrem toho, výhľad z terasy, ktorá je naozaj štedrá na rozlohu je na nezaplatenie.

Cons:

Čo sa týka izby a vybavenia, tak to je jedna veľká tragédia. Mali sme so ženou veľkú manželskú posteľ, ale bolo to sotva 140x200 cm. Čo bolo absolútne neadekvátne 4-hviezdičkovému hotelu, tak posteľ bola na koliečkach!!! Nedalo sa tam spať, hýbať, keď sa človek pohol tak sa hýbala celá posteľ. Kúpeľňa tiež strašne maličká, ledva sa dá v sprchovom kúte otočiť. Raňajky viac menej priemer, pečivo tvrdé, praženica polotovar.

Original room allocated far too small. Staff were very helpful and moved us to a larger room which was much better

Great location, clean and comfortable. San Gimignano is an amazing place!
Pros:

Excellent location and lovely grounds. The staff were so kind, especially the restaurant /bar staff who kindly assisted me when I came home with a gelato stain on my shirt ! It was very clean and the included breakfast was very generous.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very small but functional, it was yet to be refurbished. It in the scheme of things it was fine - clean, comfortable bed and amazing views that made up for any negatives.

Hotel sehr empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in San Gimignano.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels unschlagbar- in wenigen Minuten zufuß im Zentrum und dennoch absolute Ruhelage, vor allem nachts. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen (zumindest nicht für uns). Wir hatten in diesem Jahr erstmals ein größeres Zimmer gebucht und das zahlt sich wirklich aus, andere Zimmer sind zum Teil wirklich sehr klein. Pool- und Gartenbereich sehr großzügig und gepflegt, es war immer genügend Platz für alle, der Außenbereich wird täglich auf Vordermann gebracht. Personal präsent und freundlich. Bar und Bistro zu empfehlen- Preise relativ moderat und Qualität der Speisen und Getränke sehr gut. Man wird auch gut beraten (der Ober scheint kundig zu sein). Positiv zu bewerten sind auch die Badehandtücher, die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen.

Cons:

Balkon minimale Größe, man kann sich dort eigentlich nicht wirklich aufhalten. Es gibt auch größere Terrassen, da sind dann dafür aber die Zimmer zum Teil sehr klein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
