Ich würde in diesem Hotel nicht wieder übernachten

Ein Herr hat uns freundlich gut Empfangen und uns Tipps gegeben was wir in der Umgebung erleben können und er wirkte wirklich interresiert wie unsere Tag gewesen ist.

Die Lage ist Gut und Ruhig, und der Auf der Einen Seite vom Hotel aus schön, einen Schlechten Ausblick in der Gegend zu finden ist aber auch schwierig :)

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit zwei separaten Betten gebucht. Vor Ort behauptete die Dame an der Rezeption jedoch, dass Booking.com diese Information nicht weitergegeben hätte und dass es so eine Zimmeroption im Hotel gar nicht gäbe. Dabei war sie von Anfang an sehr verärgert und ließ uns das als Gäste deutlich spüren.

Nachdem ich angekündigt hatte, Booking.com zu kontaktieren, um gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden, rief sie mich im Treppenhaus zurück. Dort erklärte sie sichtlich genervt, dass sie „das nur für mich“ noch organisieren würde – und das kurz vor ihrem Feierabend.

Am Ende dauerte die ganze Aktion fast zwei Stunden. In dieser Zeit mussten wir ohne Zimmerschlüssel an der Bar warten. Nach einer 25-km-Wanderung war das für uns eine äußerst unangenehme und belastende Situation, die wir so noch nie erlebt haben.

Ich habe das Hotel ausschließlich gewählt, weil genau diese Zimmerkategorie angeboten wurde. Dass man dann vor Ort in so eine Situation gerät und als Gast derart behandelt wird, ist absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich habe die Situation jederzeit freundlich und sachlich erklärt und schließlich auch für die gebuchte Leistung bezahlt. So mit Gästen umzugehen, geht aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht.

Zudem waren die Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel. Die Badewanne wirkte eher für Kinder geeignet – mit etwa 80 kg konnte man kaum bequem darin liegen. Außerdem wurde das Wasser sehr schnell kalt.

Auch das Frühstück konnte unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllen. Zwar sah alles optisch ansprechend aus, jedoch waren einige Speisen sehr trocken oder nicht gut zubereitet, insbesondere das Rührei und die Eierkuchen.

Un hotel pequeño pero agradable en una buena ubicación

Ubicado a escasos minutos caminando de San Gimignano, el hotel tiene piscina y terraza, el personal amable y el desayuno exquisito.

Cons:

Las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, apenas cabíamos dos personas con una maleta y el baño muy incomodo por el tamaño.
