Sehr schönes Hotel gleich am Strand! Wunderschöne Poolanlage☺️
Hotelpersonal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!
Zimmer sauber und geräumig!
Frühstücke war sehr gut 👍 viel Auswahl!
Die Stadt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß über einen schönen Spatzierweg erreichbar ☺️

Cons:

Leider gab es nur Frühstück und keine Halbpension da es nicht jeden Tag ein Abendbüffet gibt
Ist aber nicht schlimm da es in der Stadt sehr viele Restaurants gibt.
Liegen am Strand kostenpflichtig

Great location and beach access, but it lacks the intimate luxury feel we were looking for.
Pros:

Great location about a 10-minute walk from Hvar Port, while being away from the busy town centre. It was within easy walking distance of Hula Hula, Splash Beach Club and Beach Club Hvar, with a private beach area and easy sea access.

Cons:

The hotel feels very large and geared more towards families than a luxury resort. There are lots of corridors and stairs, making it feel sprawling rather than intimate. The main focus is the large pool, which wasn’t a highlight for us as we prefer the beach.

Poor Service and Organization
Cons:

Our stay was disappointing mainly because of the hotel’s poor organization and unprofessional staff.

Both check-in and check-out took an unusually long time. The staff seemed unable to resolve even simple issues without calling a senior manager, making every process slow and frustrating.

There was also a payment mistake made by the hotel. We were told that, due to their error with the payment for our two rooms, we needed to pay for one room again and that the duplicate payment would be refunded shortly. We agreed, but at the time of writing this review, we still have not received the refund.

The hotel layout is also inconvenient. The corridors are extremely long, the elevators are difficult to find, and the elevators themselves are old and very slow. Despite appearing close to the sea on the map, getting to the beach was less convenient than expected.

Overall, the hotel left a negative impression, primarily because the staff showed little initiative or willingness to properly resolve problems. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Leider war das Hotel nicht bereit, bei kurzfristiger Absage, mir wenigstens ein bisschen entgegenzukommen und hat den vollen Preis abgebucht. Schade. Ein wenig Kulanz hätte ich schon erwartet.

Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte, fantastisk beliggenhet og fasiliteter. Frokosten må bare prøves, alt du kan forvente på ett slikt hotell.

Will be back and will stay at this property again. Thank you team for making our stay so enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel rooms have been renovated. Great view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. Super comfortable beds and loved the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and staff super friendly. Loved when we got off the ferry that they had staff wait g to pick up our bags and dropped them off at reception while we walked tot he property. Loved the location as well. Must stay at this hotel if you go to Hvar.
