La ubicación al centro

El 4 de junio 2026 al ingresar al hotel fui víctima de hostigamiento y acoso de carácter íntimo por parte del recepcionista,este al parecer de inclinaciones aparentemente cuestionables, hice la queja formal a booking e incluso con el mismo hotel, no me tomaron en serio archivaron el caso,tuve que contratar a un abogado y hacer la demanda respectiva por protección al consumidor, para cubrir al empleado hasta me cancelaron la reserva como si yo no hubiera estado nunca ahí, felizmente booking me está apoyando con eso

Ya no es una buena opción.
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

La limpieza, armarios con olor de humedad muy intensos. Incivilizables. Se solicitó cambio de habitación a la vía se accedió fácilmente, sin embargo el mismo problema. El aseo de zonas comunes muy precario. Cucarachas en las escaleras. Lamentablemente estos detalles básicos de higienes hace que no sea una opción viable aún más cuando se habla de un hotel de 4 estrellas que debe cumplir con mínimos en comodidad y servicios y en esta oportunidad el hotel no los alcanza.

Pros:

La suite es supremamente cómoda, camas confortables, amplios espacios, se nota que han hecho una importante inversión en su remodelación. La atención del personal fue inmejorable. Desayuno bufett muy completo y el restaurante a la carta muy bueno. la ubicacion muy central cerca de los sitios de interes.

Cons:

El baño es muy amplio, limpio y organizado, pero creo que pueden remover o renovar la bañera (tina o jacuzzi) que ya se ve desgastada.
