Wonderful relaxing stay
Pros:

Our second stay at the Barcelo Costa Ballena and it just keeps getting better. The staff are wonderful, everyone speaks to you. I particular the waiters Manuel and Jose Miguel were very friendly and chatty. The hotel is a 10min walk to the most fabulous beach that goes for miles! The rooms are large and modern with very comfortable beds.
The food was delicious, always a good selection of everything, top quality and well presented.
It was my birthday during our stay and upon returning to my room, the Guest Experience Manager, Concha had arranged for a cake and bottle of water. A very nice touch.
Undoubtedly, we will return again...

El personal, la limpieza, el aislamiento de la habitación, no se escuchaba nada de ruido a pesar de tener la piscina justo al lado, la cama súper cómoda y la variedad en el.buffet y reseñando también la facilidad que te ponía el personal para prepararte un menú sin gluten.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no deja mucha intimidad, al ser traslúcido, la puerta era más pequeña que el marco.
