Tranquilidad.
Pros:

Me gusto mucho la tranquilidad que había y la amplitud de las habitaciones. Esta muy bien, porque al tener dos piscinas de adulto una es más profunda que otra y eso la verdad es que está genial.

Cons:

Quizás por decir algo, faltaría que tengan almuerzo, al igual que tienen desayuno y cena y quizás un poco más de animación.

En general todo bien, especialmente muy bien el personal.

Cons:

-Llevo varios años visitando este hotel y he encontrado la habitación bastante deteriorada, ya necesita una renovación y si fuera posible, sustituir las bañeras por platos de ducha. También algunas sábanas y toallas están ya al límite.
-Como sugerencia, haría falta otro punto más de máquina de café para el desayuno.
- Y finalmente, estando en Cádiz, se deberían poder ver los canales de TV en español y no en alemán, como sucede en algunos canales de deporte.

Pros:

Excelente ubicacion con rapida salida hacia sanlucar ,o el puerto ,las carreteras y las conexiones muy bien,el personal de recepcion super atento ,Borja nos indico un restaurante donde comer a peticion nuestra,nos ayudo a reservar la mesa ,la directora de Marketing del hotel super amable ,educadisima el Spa muy bien agradable todo funcionando correctamente ,nuevo y limpio ,las dos chicas de la recepcion del Spa nos atendieron super bien le doy un 10 al Hotel y al Personal!!!

Viaje en familia relajante y cómodo.
Pros:

El personal en general es encantador, desde que llegamos en recepción hasta el desayuno, restaurantes, bares y piscina.
La cama era ultra cómoda.
Viajamos con un pequeño de menos de 1 año y nos prepararon una cuna y una bañerita para el peque.
Pasamos unos días muy relajados y cómodos.
La piscina es genial.

El buffet de la cena lo notamos bastante escaso.

Hôtel non conforme à la présentation
Pros:

Le golf, très agréable, avec de beaux parcours et le restaurant du golf agréable et bon sans être cher.

Cons:

L'accueil désagréable, pas d'indication des chambres et pas de personnel pour nous aider à porter les bagages.
pas de présentation de l'hôtel, la piscine est fermée le matin jusqu'à midi. La seconde piscine n'est pas ouverte du tout (sans aucun commentaire).
Pas de cours de sport, yoga ou Pilates , juste une salle de sport avec des appareils.
La plage est assez loin de l'hôtel dans un quartier désert, très ventée sans installations, ni transats ni parasols, nous n'en avons pas profité de la semaine.
