Gostei das camas, muito confortáveis, da limpeza, a comida era variada e não tinha filas de espera. Os empregados eram muito simpáticos.

Cons:

O hotel já merecia uma manutenção no geral e o fato de não ter acesso aos quartos internamente, ou seja, os quartos estavam em blocos do 1 ao 4 mas para ir à receção e ao restaurante tinhamos de ir sempre pelo exterior. A animação foi muito fraca e nós últimos días nem houve nada. O clube de jogos maxi tem apenas uma mesa de matraquilhos, uma mesa de Ping Pong e uma mesa de snoker toda em mau estado.

Pros:

El Buffet, era bueno, la comida era de calidad. Las cenas temáticas muy guay. Tranquilidad en el hotel en general. La calidad de las camas, almohadas...La limpieza. Nos gustó bastante. La planificación de la animación también era buena, las vistas, la limpieza de la piscina.. Una cosa que nos llamó la atención es la distribución, se ve que a las familias con niños las alojaban en la zona más cercana a la piscina de las actividades y al miniclub, así pues también se respeta a todos los huéspedes.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo en general. Lo único que podría mejorar era la implicación de las monitoras del miniclub, la planificación de actividades así como el teatro musical que hicieron, estuvo bien, el jefe de animación también, pero es verdad que las monitoras las vi "poco animadas"... no todas, algunas sí eran más simpáticas, pero algunas en concreto, estaban más pendientes de no mojarse el pelo (literal que lo dijo) en los juegos de piscina que en animar y ser divertidas y cercanas con los niños, así lo vi y también mi hija, por la experiencia que tenemos en otros hoteles y las personas encargadas de la animación.

El desayuno increible, a la altura del hotel.
Tienes 2 piscinas, una de ellas mas tranquila y pequeña, sin actividades programadas. Ademas, un food truck, para bebidas y comida.
En general, muy completos los servicios que ofrece. Gimnasio gratuito, spa y masajes (bajo reserva), etc.
Personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Por poner algo, el aparcamiento en las inmediaciones, en temporada alta, se puede complicar un poco
