Pros:

Nos gustó todo, una experiencia excepcional.
Probamos todos los buffets (desayuno, comida y cena). Todos tienen mucha variedad de productos y la calidad es alta. Todos los días tienen una cena temática, lo cuál es muy divertido
La configuración del hotel y las piscinas está muy bien pensada. Tienen una para familias junto a la de niños, y por otro lado tienen otra piscina más tranquila. Tambien tienen zonas verdes para pasear y las vistas al campo de golf son insuperables.
La habitación es amplia y relativamente nueva.
El personal del hotel es muy educado y siempre están súper atentos. Están muy bien coordinados y atentos a todos los pequeños detalles.
La playa está a 8 minutos andando. Es un agradable paseo. También tienen un Transfer a ciertas horas del día.
Probé el spa. Por 22€ tienes una hora y media. Está muy bien equipado.
Espero volver más veces, lo recomiendo.

Tres agréable séjour sur la Costa Ballena
Pros:

Proximité de la plage, du golf.. très belles piscines. Chambre confortable.

Buen hotel en Costa Ballena que ha bajado su calidad para ir a un hotel más familiar y menos para adultos.
Pros:

Buena ubicación y atención del personal. Que tengan transfer a la playa es un buen punto. Buffet del desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Que la cama fueran dos en vez de una doble, la tapa del wc era de plástico, no hay agarradera en la bañera para entrar y salir, la terraza no cuenta con luz y la nevera de la habitación enfriaba muy poco. Armario pequeño.

La estancia fue agradable y disfrutamos de unos días de descanso y desconexión.
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación del hotel, a pocos minutos de la playa y sus vistas. La habitación estaba en general estaba limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba genial, con una buena variedad.
Buena variedad también de servicios e instalaciones. La piscina nos gustó especialmente.

Cons:

Como recomendación o mejora, la fachada necesita una mano de pintura en algunas zonas. La habitación estaba limpia, pero había puertas de armarios descascarilladas, algunas paredes con suciedad y además, el baño se encharcaba al ducharnos. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, creo que está al límite de lo esperable si lo comparamos con otros hoteles de su categoría, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un Barceló.
