Great location and dog friendly
Pros:

Great location, the staff was always there with a smile, ready to help. My room was comfy and quiet, overlooking the sea. The mattress was like a cloud. Bonus as I was traveling with my dogs and everybody was very friendly and accommodating to them.

Cons:

The menu could improve. Some great options but the quality of the food does not match the price.

The staff were exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always one step ahead!
Pros:

Location, room and breakfast were exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable and the temperature in the room was ideal for sleeping. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Pros:

Fantastic location right off the ferry on the main promenade.
Excellent breakfast - both à la carte and buffet - lots of options, healthy and delicious
Very helpful and attentive staff
Incredible view of the water and the promenade from our room.

Cons:

Room was on the small side but absolutely compensated for by the view

Séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement, au petit-déjeuner et au personnel, malgré une chambre trop petite et trop froide.
Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable. Mention spéciale à Aleksandar.
L’emplacement est parfait.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est délicieux avec de belles options sans gluten à la carte.

Cons:

L’impossibilité de régler la température dans la chambre. La chambre était beaucoup trop froide, malgré plusieurs demandes.
La chambre était très petite.
La brosse des WC s’est séparée en deux.

Nenhuma queixa ou reclamação.
O quarto muito confortável, os restaurantes do hotel e os funcionários extremamente gentis , e eu pude fazer tudo a pé.
