Disappointing, expected more from a 4* hotel

A/C was not working at its best, there were mould in the washroom and the AC ducts. called reception twice but they didn't help, not even bothered to ask about the stay as a courtesy. disappointing to say the least

جميع أفراد طاقم العمل ودودين و اخص في المطعم PHOO MYAT كانت جدا ودودة و متساعده رغم عقبات في مطعم

مبنى قديم متهالك، في عز الصيف و مكيفات لا تعمل بدرجة حرارة أقل من 22، للأسف لاثاث قديم جدا صوت صرصره من كل شي يتحرك في غرف، الفرش و ملحقتته قديمه و متهالك ، دورة مياه للاسف يطلع منها حشرات ، مبنى كانه من سنوات وقف عليه زمن و لم يتم صيانته أبدأ ، حوض سباحه صغير جداً ، المطعم و فندق إذا مغيب أحد من جالية الهندية بتحصله في فندق او حوض سباحه، الاكل في مطعم اكثره يتناسب مع جالية الهنديه

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel, I enjoy the room and the staff are very friendly specially in reception. Gem, Myat, Reynaldo and Abrar very approachable and hk staff Dipesh very friendly as well. Will come back again

the worst ever
Pros:

Nothing had gone well. it was a very bad journey ever seen. the hotel supposed to be 4 starts but it should not get more than one. rooms were very old in finishing. smelly, staff were rod especially in restaurant (F&B). I dont know what to say more than this. Food was very very poor and not expected. the Salad was rich of oil and onion.
