Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering that this hotel is advertised as a five-star property.
The hotel is located on the other side of the canal that separates the city from the hotel area. The canal itself has an extremely unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, we could smell it even at the hotel. At times, it genuinely felt as though we were breathing in sewage odors, which made the overall experience very uncomfortable.
The food was acceptable, but the variety was very limited. Chicken was served so frequently for both lunch and dinner that by the end of our stay we felt we had eaten enough chicken for the next month. The drinks were equally disappointing: cheap wine and Prosecco, only one or two types of beer, and absolutely terrible coffee.
Overall, we had the strong impression that the hotel is focused on saving as much money as possible rather than providing the level of quality and service guests should expect from a five-star hotel. The property was also not particularly clean, and there were animals wandering around the hotel grounds.
In our experience, this is simply not a five-star hotel. The quality of the food, drinks, cleanliness, surroundings, and overall experience does not justify that rating.
Save your time, money, and nerves and book somewhere else. We certainly would not return.

The hotel itself is nice and the overall setting is beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations.

When we arrived, we found out that there was only one restaurant where you could eat without a reservation, while the other four à la carte restaurants required advance booking. We tried every single day to make a reservation, but they were always fully booked, so we never had the chance to try them.

The main restaurant also became disappointing after a few days, as the food was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety and only occasional changes.

Another downside is the beach. There are sunbeds available, but they come at an additional cost. If you want to use the hotel’s free sunbeds, you have to stay within the hotel area, which means walking back and forth to the beach.

There is also very little to eat between the main meals. The beach bar does not offer proper food or snacks, so if you skip breakfast, you can end up waiting until lunchtime without anything substantial to eat.

Overall, although the hotel itself is pleasant and has a beautiful location, we unfortunately did not feel that the experience justified the price. For us, it was not worth it, especially considering the limited food options, lack of variety, and difficulty getting reservations at the à la carte restaurants.

Super séjour en famille
Pros:

- Buffet très varié et très bon et personnel au petit soin, une mention spéciale pour les filles de la crèche qui ont été adorables avec notre bébé
- Tout est pensé pour les bébés et les enfants, surtout le coin jeux d’eau qui est vraiment très sympa
- La literie est très confortable
- Tous les groupes de musiques le soir étaient super chouettes

Cons:

- Il faudrait mettre en place un autre système pour les serviettes de piscine car il n’y en avait jamais à disposition
- L’hôtel aurait bien d’un rafraîchissement à certains endroits ou matériel pour justifier d’un 5 étoiles (transats cassés, joints à refaire dans les douches et éviers, terrasse avec des trous…)
- Il n’y avait jamais de place dans les restaurants que l’hôtel proposait même si nous voulions réserver en avance

Fantastic place!
Pros:

We loved the hotel. Friendly staff, functional rooms, beautiful parc, great food and perfect beach, notably for small kids as sandy and shallow. Highly recommended for a relaxing worry-free holiday. The boat trip organized by the hotel was great too!

Cons:

In the speciality restaurants the dishes are served as they come, we would have preferred the opportunity to finish the starters before receiving the main courses but it's a minor detail. Not all waiters in the main restaurant are attentive to the clients' requests but most are and the managers are around to help with any issues.

המקום, החדרים, החשיבה על רוב הפרטים, הבריכה והחוף ים, האוכל שזמין כל היום והמון דברים מאוד טובים. ממש טוב ונעים לשהייה משפחתית.

Cons:

אי אפשר היה להזמין בכלל אפילו ערב אחד למסעדות המיוחדות לפחות לשבוע מראש מה שמראה שזה לא מנוהל כמו שצריך וכל אחד יכול להזמין כמה פעמיים בעוד אחרים לא יכולים בכלל. גם ניסיון הצוות לתת פתרון לא היה מוצלח.

Pros:

A szállodával maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. Már az első pillanattól lenyűgözött minket, hogy milyen gyönyörű és igényes az egész hotel. A személyzet minden tagja rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, ami még kellemesebbé tette az ott-tartózkodásunkat.

Mivel a nászutunkat töltöttük itt, külön figyelmességgel is készültek számunkra, ami igazán megható és kedves gesztus volt. Nagyon hálásak vagyunk érte.

Az ételek kiválóak voltak, minden nap finom és változatos fogások közül választhattunk. Külön pozitívum, hogy a szállodában több étterem is található, így mindenki megtalálhatja a számára leginkább kedvelt ízeket.
