We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful five-star resort in Zante in October. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, the peaceful atmosphere, and the genuine kindness of the staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vaios at the reception, who was especially kind and helpful.
The resort’s beachfront location made our experience even more special. Being right by the sea, with the opportunity to swim and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, was simply amazing. It was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and spend quality time with family, away from the stresses of everyday life.
The food was another highlight, with delicious, flavourful dishes and lovely traditional Greek cuisine that added an authentic touch to our stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting, with excellent hospitality, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and happy, with beautiful memories to cherish. A perfect choice for anyone looking to relax, enjoy the beach, and spend precious time with loved ones. We would happily return!

Die a la carte Restaurants waren grösstenteils ausgebucht und so muss man meistens mit dem Buffetrestaurant vorlieb nehmen.
The staff was very attentive and made our stay truly exceptional! The property is very beautiful and the beach is perfect for swimming.
Very friendly staff, all happy to help and accommodating us in a large group. The rooms were great, and a range of bars, restaurants and great pool. Food in the buffet amazing and loved the Japanese restaurant.
The restocking of mini bar and towels was a bit haphazard but resolved with a phone call.
Facilities was good overall and the beach was also nice
- sunbeds are reserved by other customers either one night before or early morning which is making tough to find available
- our room was smelling humid and all our stuff was getting wet overnight and nothing gets dry
- Water taste in the water dispenser which were around the pool and the beach was not nice at all. But pool and meze bars don’t give waters and tell to get it from dispensers.

Bei Anreise wurde uns schriftlich late checkout um 14:00 zugesagt, am Abreisetag als wir den Kofferabholservice anforderten hieß es plötzlich wir müssen um 12:00 schon aus dem Zimmer raus. Anscheinend intere Kommunikations-Schwierigkeiten

Tantissimi gatti in circolazione anche nella zona ristorante. Tavoli ristorante e pavimenti poco puliti. Cibo sempre uguale, pulizia scarsa. Noi avevamo una camera Sapphire Serenity Retreat vista mare, bagno piccolissimo e datato. I teli mari li consegnano dopo le ore 10 del mattino, se si vuole visitare una spiaggia esterna bisogna prenderli il giorno prima perché alla reception non li danno.
Soggiorno impeccabile, staff molto preparato e attento e struttura davvero bella.
La piscina, essendo il periodo a cavallo di ferragosto, c'era troppa gente e conseguentemente bicchieri sporchi e poca attenzione

Lovely 5 day stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering that this hotel is advertised as a five-star property.
The hotel is located on the other side of the canal that separates the city from the hotel area. The canal itself has an extremely unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, we could smell it even at the hotel. At times, it genuinely felt as though we were breathing in sewage odors, which made the overall experience very uncomfortable.
The food was acceptable, but the variety was very limited. Chicken was served so frequently for both lunch and dinner that by the end of our stay we felt we had eaten enough chicken for the next month. The drinks were equally disappointing: cheap wine and Prosecco, only one or two types of beer, and absolutely terrible coffee.
Overall, we had the strong impression that the hotel is focused on saving as much money as possible rather than providing the level of quality and service guests should expect from a five-star hotel. The property was also not particularly clean, and there were animals wandering around the hotel grounds.
In our experience, this is simply not a five-star hotel. The quality of the food, drinks, cleanliness, surroundings, and overall experience does not justify that rating.
Save your time, money, and nerves and book somewhere else. We certainly would not return.

The hotel itself is nice and the overall setting is beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations.
When we arrived, we found out that there was only one restaurant where you could eat without a reservation, while the other four à la carte restaurants required advance booking. We tried every single day to make a reservation, but they were always fully booked, so we never had the chance to try them.
The main restaurant also became disappointing after a few days, as the food was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety and only occasional changes.
Another downside is the beach. There are sunbeds available, but they come at an additional cost. If you want to use the hotel’s free sunbeds, you have to stay within the hotel area, which means walking back and forth to the beach.
There is also very little to eat between the main meals. The beach bar does not offer proper food or snacks, so if you skip breakfast, you can end up waiting until lunchtime without anything substantial to eat.
Overall, although the hotel itself is pleasant and has a beautiful location, we unfortunately did not feel that the experience justified the price. For us, it was not worth it, especially considering the limited food options, lack of variety, and difficulty getting reservations at the à la carte restaurants.
