Poor service Attitude, no kettle, Tea coffee in the room

Location, room and Breakfast is ok.

Cons:

I believe that the room was ready when we go around 1.30pm. But they kept us waiting till the normal check in time till exactly 2.00pm.
No Kettle in the room. We had to bring water from 7th floor to the kettle near reception to take hot water. When I asked they reluctatantly gave a paper cup, to take hot water. as its too hot we asked another two cups one eaach for us they were reluctant and asked asked us to use the glasses in the room. When I said that we cant take hot water in a glass cup from ground floor to the 07th Floor they were not bothered aboout that.
That level of service and facilities were not matching with the price we paid as we stayed three nights few days ago in another hotel close by with great facilities.
I believe that the maanagement should take the responsibility and train people a give them basic training as well as give thgem power to decide like provide a cermic cup or kettle etc.

A cama é realmente muito boa (mas acredito que seja porque peguei um dos principais quartos. Nao sei se uma opção mais em conta o conforto é igual) e o atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente!!

Cons:

Mesmo sendo bem localizado (localização estratégica por ser mto perto da praia mas não boa, pois é uma região que não nos sentimos mto seguros) o valor cobrado não condiz nem um pouco com a qualidade das instalações (tudo claramente com necessidade de manutenção, como se tivessem apenas pintado pra disfarçar- banheiro sem exaustor, porta pra sacada que abre com dificuldade, ralo do chuveiro entupido…o café da manhã era diversificado mas tudo de baixa qualidade, poucas opções eram frescas.) Deixou muito a desejar e não voltaria.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es aseado y el personal muy amable. En nuestro caso, ya que llegamos antes y llevábamos a nuestra bebé, nos hicieron una cortesía de dejarnos alojar antes de la hora del check in. Lo super recomiendo, quedamos muy contentos con la estadía.
